    ◦ zhao was the first born child the a newly married pair in shanghai, china. her father was the ceo of a computer software company, while her mother worked part time as a florist and stayed at home with zhao while she was growing up. as she was growing up, her father's business became very successful, and he worked a lot. however, when zhao was eight years old, her parents moved to australia, so her father could take the opportunity to expand his business. shortly after they moved, zhao's younger sister was born. zhao attended school in australia, which was first difficult for her because of the language barrier. she needed the help of a translator at the beginning, due to her lack of english skills, and still had problems with grammar and pronunciation of english during the next few years. she did however take a liking to maths, because numbers were the same, and they made sense to her. she was always closer with her father, taking an interest in his work and company. her father seemed more than happy to teach her a few tricks, and by the time zhao was twelve, she already new the basics of programming. when she was fifteen, her parents packed up and moved them again, this time to seoul, south korea, so her father could expand his business again, leaving zhao to try and pick up another language while going to school. two years later, her father gave her a job at his company, which he had now expanded in korea. he promised that they'd be staying in korea for a while, and zhao took the job, working with all the programming equipment. needless to say, by the time she was twenty, she had graduated from high school with high scores, and could hack into government files if she wanted to (not that she voiced the latter, since she'd probably get arrested for it).

| PERSONALITY :
    ◦ honestly, zhao is pretty much all over the place in terms of her personality. she's a bit of a wildcard sometimes, because you never know what she might do next. at first glance, she looks like a calm, and intellectual person, and, well, innocent. however, zhao couldn't be far from it. as the daughter of the ceo of a computer software company, it only makes sense that she would know her way around computers and programming, however, most people would be surprised at the extent of which she can go to. she has a near perfect memory when it comes to programming, and finds it very easy to memorise codes and algorithms, making her a big threat to any rivalries, because she can literally hack into anything. want to hack into cctv cameras? easy, consider it done. want to start firewalls, spread viruses, hack into important and confidential information? zhao can do it with no problems at all. this girl is good with technology, and knows what she's doing, to the point where it is completely terrifying. there is nothing she cannot hack into. she has a manipulative streak, and knows how to get what she wants, even if it comes down to using blackmail. zhao is the queen of black mail, and if you manage to piss her off, consider yourself screwed, because she's probably managed to dig up every single text message, facebook status and selfie you've ever posted, and she's probably gone through your search history as well. she is a very talkative person, which is probably due to the fact that she spends her time at r.o.y.a.l.s cooped up in front of her laptop messing around with software, and doesn't really get many visitors or people to talk to, so when she does she tends to start talking a lot. she is usually optimistic and likes to find the bright side of things, but if you continue to brush off her optimism, she is the type to then go and stop being optimistic, and tell you everything that you don't want to hear. she is extremely opinionated, and can often be found giving a running commentary of magazines or the daily newspaper, going off about politics, or giving her opinion on social issues and preparing to argue her case until everyone in the room agrees with her (usually someone has to force her to shut up when she does this). she is extremely foul mouthed, and is known for her bad language, and can often be heard swearing at the top of her lungs, and getting scolded for it, not that it really seems to stop her. zhao has a very messed up sleeping pattern, and has a habit of staying up late and playing around with software, only to fall asleep in front of her laptop. she is no stranger to pulling all nighters, and could probably pull about two all nighters in row, and then completely crash for a full day after wards. she is also a very absentminded person, which surprises a lot of people. she has no problems remembering codes, but when it comes to anything else, she's a total head case. she has a habit of misplacing her things (particularly her glasses), and would probably forget her head if it wasn't attatched to her shoulders. however, if you were to ask her to recite the digits of pi, she'd be able to tell you at least the first fifty right on the spot.

| HOW DID THEY JOIN R.O.Y.A.L.S :
    ◦ she accidentally managed to hack into their data base back when she was a teenager. she'd just started as an intern for her father at his workplace, and had been fooling around on her laptop and drinking her bubble tea while swinging on the chair and waiting for her father to return and give her something to do for the rest of the afternoon, since she'd already finished the work he'd given her. she'd accidentally stumbled upon the firewall, and found the whole thing entirely suspicious, which is what led to her trying to break into it. after taking multiple ict and computing classes, and being the daughter of a famous software designer, she knew a thing or two about breaking through firewalls (not that she'd admit it to anyone, because it would probably get her arrested or something). needless to say, she thought the whole thing was rather bizarre when she did break into it, but kind of brushed it off. r.o.y.a.l.s, however, were extremely surprised that she broke through their security systems, and therefore tried to recruit her.

| WHY DID THEY JOIN :
    ◦ she joined for multiple reasons:
      + she would have access to state of the art software and be able to do whatever she wanted, without having to try and sneak around her father's office and risk getting caught,
      + she viewed them as secret agents, and secretly thought it was really cool (and they also had guns, so she was sort of scared they'd shoot her if she said no)
      + and she wanted to do something to help other people, and she figured that this would be a way to do it, since she would still be able to remain in her area of expertise, sitting behind a computer screen.

    ◦ cannot stand being put under pressure, and will probably crack under the stress
    ◦ closed in spaces. she goes into straight up panic attack, and completely shuts down
    ◦ her laptop. do not touch her laptop if you want to remain alive and in one piece. she stores everything on there, and will go into a panic if she looses it

| HOW YOUR CHARACTER ACTS AROUND THEM :
    ◦ BEG
     + at the beginning he's basically just another person to her. however, she's sort of intrigued by him. she doesn't really get many visitors, down in what she likes to call 'HER DEN', so she's surprised when he suddenly turns up asking for help. she does what he asked easily, but she kind of wants him to stay, because he seems like a good person to talk to. and by that, zhao means that he'll sit there and listen to her go on and on without interrupting her, even if he looks like he wants to leave. of course, she's quick to go and full out stalk him, uncovering all the embarrassing bits of his past. she then proceeds to use it as blackmail.
    ◦ MID -
     + she is determined to find ways to piss him off (in the nicest way possible). she infuse it amusing how he doesn't seem to want to talk to her and is extremely embarrassed over what she's managed to dig up on him. he's too nice to outright ignore her and tell her he doesn't want to talk to her, so if she starts ranting, he'll just sit there and listen. however, it doesn't take long until he gets a bit braver and zones out, making zhao annoyed because he's no longer listening to her. however, it doesn't take long for them to develop some sort of understanding between each other, and they basically become really close friends. (which kind of confuses everyone because only a week before they were both really awkward around each other. or at least, he was).

     + he's basically like her new best friend and the person she now tells everything to, whether it be ranting about the daily newspaper, or sharing gossip about one of the workers on her floor at her father's company. they talk a lot, and can talk for a really long time without getting bored of each other. however, zhao can be a bit possessive over him, mainly because he's one of the few people she actually talks to, and she doesn't want to loose him. because of this, she may or may not start to go through his test messages, just to make sure he's definitely not going to just get up and leave one day. they argue a lot over the smallest things, like who gets to pay for bubble tea (they both insist on paying). these ridiculous arguments can get pretty heated, which can lead to them being pissy with each other(but only for about five minutes before they've forgotten it completely and are back to being friends again.

| HOW THEY ACT AROUND YOUR CHARACTER :
    ◦ BEG -
     + at first he's kind of awkward around her, and doesn't really know what to do or say. he was rather surprised when he first saw her, because she didn't really seem like the type to be a hacker. she looked far too innocent, and didn't really shut up, continuing to rant about something ridiculous. he tried to pretend her was listening to, when in all honesty he was trying to figure out a way to subtly leave the room. he's also slightly suspicious, because he could've sworn she was smirking at him, but her face went back to innocent almost immediately. basically he's kind of weary of her, because he's sort of scared of what she might be capable of as a hacker.
    ◦ MID -
     + he now has no doubts in mind that she is the hacker of the group. he's majorly embarrassed when she manages to dig up a bunch of embarrassing photos of him, claiming that she found them from the facebook pages of his school friends. however, he's sort of used to her now, and doesn't automatically try to find the nearest exit whenever she comes up to talk to him. he doesn't mind her ridiculous ranting any more, and tends to just zone it out completely, even though she gets annoyed at him when he does. they've developed some sort of understanding now, and he feels more comfortable around her. (but this could be because there is now nothing else embarrassing for her to dig up from his past).
    ◦ ENG -
     + they are now really close, and he is thoroughly amused by a lot of her antics. he tends to scold her fondly for her language a lot, and has a habit of trying to buy food for her. they bicker a lot about ridiculous things, and get into petty arguments a lot. they are pretty much like best friends who always find some way to get on each other's nerves, but are back to being friends again two minutes later. the others often joke that they're a bit like a bi polar couple, but it is clear that they do care for each other, even if it's in a platonic way (or romantic if you want to change it, i'm cool with anything really).
