 Regulators in Massachusetts have issued an enforcement action against notorious MSO Ascend Wellness related to a number of regulatory violations related to missing product and a failure to maintain security at the firm’s Boston location.

The fine totals $85,000, the firm is now on 12 months of probation, and the company must retain an auditor to provide the CCC with bi-monthly audit updates over the next 12 months.
