ELIGIBILITY
The “Dawn of Titans – Throne of Life Poster” (“Promotion”) is sponsored by NaturalMotion Ltd. (“Company”). This Promotion is governed by these official rules (“Rules”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to abide by these Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understand that the results of the Promotion and the interpretation of these Rules, as determined by Company and its agents, are final in all respects. The Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.  This Promotion is open to all persons who are 13 years of age or older as of the entry date and have a valid Twitter account.  Current and former Company employees, employees of either parent companies or subsidiaries, their immediate family members and persons living in the same household are not eligible.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter, Inc. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Company, and not Twitter.

PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion will run from 12:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”) on December 12th 2017 to 11:59 PM GMT on December 13th 2017 (the “Promotion Period”).

HOW TO ENTER
You can enter the following way during the Promotion Period:
•	Follow @DawnOfTitans on Twitter at: https://twitter.com/DawnOfTitans;
•	Retweet the Dawn of Titans – “Retweet to win #Throneoflife” poster post

Limit one (1) entry per person per day.  Multiple entries in a single day will not be accepted.  Tweets posted without the required page mentioned and hashtag will not be considered.  Any entry that includes a users’ player ID will be deleted.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION
If there are sufficient eligible entries, there will be a total of three (3) winners following the end of the Promotion Period.  Within seven (7) days after the Promotion Period, three (3) winners will be drawn at random from among all eligible entries received.  Potential winners will be notified via a direct message from the Official Dawn of Titans Twitter account to the potential winner’s Twitter account within three (3) days of the drawing date. If a potential winner fails to respond three (3) days, up to three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which point, if a potential alternate winner is unable to be secured, the prize will remain unclaimed.  The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

PRIZE DETAILS
Each winner will be awarded:
•	One (1) Throne War poster.  Approximate retail value: $2.00 US each
•	Five thousand (5,000) in-game Gems. Approximate retail value: $10.00 US each
•	Prizes will be delivered via secure mail to the address provided, and electronically to the winner’s Dawn of Titans account.  If the winner does not have Dawn of Titans available to download in the winner’s location, or the game has not yet been installed, the Company will deliver the prize once the game is available and the winner it has downloaded the game and created an account.
•	Limit one prize per user ID. Winner not entitled to any surplus between actual prize value and stated prize value.
•	Company reserves the right to change the prize to one of equal or greater value, and may award the prize as a gift card, at its sole discretion.
•	All expenses or costs associated with acceptance of the prize not mentioned in these Rules are the responsibility of the winner.
•	Company expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded.
•	Company makes no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of the prize awarded.
•	The prize is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.

WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES
•	If Company requests additional information or the completion of additional forms, potential winners must respond within seven (7) days of notice with all information requested from Company for Company to deliver the prize. Failure to respond within seven (7) days of notice will indicate definitively that the prize has been declined and an alternative winner will be selected. In the event an initially selected winner is disqualified or unable to claim prize for any reason, Company, in its sole discretion, may award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random.

PRIVACY AND USE OF USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)
•	By entering, except where prohibited by law, you are granting Company permission to announce your name, city, state, biographical material and entry content in any media in perpetuity for advertising and publicity purposes.
•	This Promotion, the use of any Company website, forum or game and Company’s use of any User Generated Content (UGC) is also governed by the Company Terms of Service, which are located here.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. Persons found tampering with, attempting to “game” the Promotion, tampering with the Promotion in any way whatsoever to gain an unfair advantage, violating the fair play or spirit of the rules, or abusing any aspect of this Promotion will be disqualified. Company reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors, including without limitation computer errors that erroneously award prizes.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering the Promotion, you agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless Company and its affiliates, parent and subsidiary companies, and any platforms on which the Promotion may be entered into, including without limitation Twitter Inc., Company administrators, advertising and promotional agencies, attorneys, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from that entrant’s participation in the Promotion and the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize that may be won.  Company and its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies do not make any warranties, express or implied, as to the condition, fitness or merchantability of the prize.  Company and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from access to or the download of information or materials connected with the Promotion.

DISPUTES
Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or rights and obligations of entrants and Company in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of California.
