Dry Bowser's Rainy City Fries

Dry Bowser was eating a bunch of french fries as he was strolling through the bustling city of the Moonview Highway, when suddenly it began to rain. The skeletal reptile shrugged it off as he was used to such things due to being present in the always rainy Neo Bowser City... which coincidentally popped up via a warp portal that was right nearby.

"Odd... I thought the old man got those portals fixed up by now." Dry Bowser said to himself as he continued munching on his hot salty fries.

Dry Bowser then noticed everyone running away as the portal sucked the reptilian skeleton into it, with it dropping him high above the roads of the drenched Neo Bowser City. Of course, this would have reduced Dry Bowser into a bone pile... had Professor Elvin Gadd not arrived on the spot in a small blimp he coincidentally had.

Dry Bowser: (while bouncing on the blimp) I should be thankful, but now my fries are falling out while they're soggy.

E. Gadd: (laughing) Hey, it could be worse!

Dry Bowser raised his right bony eyebrow as he managed to stop bouncing, grabbing a hold of the blimp as he looked down at Professor E. Gadd, who was looking right up at him as it was a blimp with open space.

"You could still be bouncing, while lightning had struck you!" Elvin Gadd pointed out as he moved his hands about. "That surely would have been a bad shock!"

Dry Bowser rolled his eyes as he climbed down to join E. Gadd in the open space, finishing up his batch of fries that were slowly turning soggy, with the two flying around the soaked metropolis.
