This Mega Raichu form becomes Electric and Fairy type. This allows it to take Dragon attacks no sweat but you have to watch out for Poison. Because Raichu doesn't learn many Fairy type moves it's not going to have the strongest moves but Disarming Voice can never miss. Volt Switch allows you to get on out of there. Grass Knot is for Water/Rock/Ground/Heavy Pokemon. Finally Hyper Beam like Reversal is a last ditch effort move that can deal a good amount of damage on even the toughest enemies. That sums up Fairy Raichu.
