Day 20

Well, I've just finished my second 10 days as a pony. I still want to go back home, but unfortunately I feel like that's gonna have to be a long term object (and, if I had to guess, an expensive one. Already saving bits now!)

Lessee... other stuff that's happened. Oh, I went with a group to secure a gem field near to the town for more resources. We were attacked by some kinda dinosaur birb, and then we had to take down a crystal golem (I didn't know shit like this even existed). The plan we came up with, in retrospect, was pretty damn stupid in my opinion, but Bit seemed to think it was the only option. She wasn't the one who accidentally flew right into the golem's face. He almost squashed me like a bug! I couldn't move, I was so stuck against the hard crystal. Luckily, at the last second a griffon named Peyote (who I have worked with a couple of times before) swooped in and swiped me away at the last second.

I managed to shoot off one of it's limbs, but right after that, holy shit! Tea Time shot off some kinda death star type cannon laser! It totally annihilated the golem! She was passed out for a couple of days. I felt kinda bad for sort of botching the whole thing... I went and brought a bottle of rum to Tea Time in gratitude.

Where did I get the rum? Well, the other day Addy recruited me to go with her to some shipwreck she had seen when she woke up in Equestria, and showed us a newspaper clipping of what she was talking about. I've been wanting to see the ocean near here, and especially a shipwreck, so I went.

Long story short, we fought a skellington crew, but Dandelion managed to place the source of their rage into a slot and made them all fall to a pile of bones. When we unlocked the captain's quarters, an Equestrian adventurer-type pega named Buck came out. He had the whole adventurer get up, with a scimitar and everything! He booked it pretty quick though, not that I blame him...

Oh, I found Captain Red Hoof's hat! It's pretty sweet. Down in the cargo hold I managed to find 10 full bottles of pristine Equestrian rum! I could barely stuff them all in my saddlebags, but it was worth it! I've given one to Tea and still gotta give Addy one, but they're whole fifths!

Anyway, I'm getting sleepy. I got work to do tomorrow. End of log.
