Garen : Medium

Garen has been nerfed ... heavily nerfed but it remain slightly in his favor

Use E when Garen come at you with Q spell and press Q immediatly after or you will not be able to use it

Don't hesitate to use W without grit to interupt Garen regen

Use W to absorb his ult if you are not silenced

Never trade under 40% hp

Ult him after the end of his Q silence, he will not be able to escape



Gnar : Very Hard

Unlike most champs ... try to fight him when he transform into Mega-Gnar.

You can interupt his stun with your own

Mega-Gnar is one of the best candidate to press R but you will probably die before having the time to W (before he will R you)

You have the range to pull him until he reach level 16, however he will still be able to escape with his E

Like Gangplank you can survive it passively ... except if he take frozen mallet



Heimerdinger : Impossible

Farm



Illaoi : Very Hard

Extremly tricky because you will be one of the easiest champion for her to pull with her "hook"

You can R her to an area where she don't have a lot of tentacles

Do not push the lane



Irelia : Easy

If you avoid the stun you will win all trades, don't hesitate to R out of minions to stop her Q spam plays



Jax : Medium

Even with corrupt potion, Jax sustain will remain very inferior

Do some Q spell on him when you last-hit minions to force him using his E

Pull him at the end of the his stun, then use W if he deal some damages to you

Do not all-in him at 40% if his ult is available or if he can escape with E (then Q out)



Jayce : Very Hard

If Jayce make the error to do his melee combo on you, you can kill him if you press E at the moment he use his own knockback.

If Jayce don't melee range ... Let's farm

Care of his powerfull all-in, his snowball is more than boring

You can duel him late if you have DMP and Randuin in your stuff



Kayle : Hard

Her kiting is boring but if you dodge the Q spell and reach her then pull her, she is dead

Despite her high DPS you can 1vs1 her if you reach her

Easy to farm versus but don't let afk farm too much

Don't push the lane and try to punish her when she farm before level 6



Kennen : Very Hard

Well you are going to farm bro



Kled : Medium

Kled win every trades if he touch you with his Q spell but you have a far superior natural regen

Do not get baited by him when he lose Skarl, you don't have a very high burst if the opponent don't trade you before you counterattack



Malphite : Easy

Don't take Triforce and it's ok

Do not use your ult before he has used his own or he will escape with that



Maokai : Easy

You should win trades fairly easily and your regen will be boring for his poor mana pool

Maokai can explode you if you let him farm early game, he will stack armor, CDR and will regen fairly well in trades

Care of his dash, he can use it to avoid your W



Mordekaiser : Hard

Well he has more sustained damages and he can shield your W. Make short trades against him and care about his ult

Don't be too cocky against him

Abuse his mediocre early game (but don't do extended trades)



Nasus : Very Hard

Don't push the lane and abuse him early game.

Yes, you will hate the slow

Use your ult in teamfight after he press R, you will do more damages and you will be able to prevent him to reach your mates



Ornn : Medium

He can win short trades and his Q spell slow will be boring

If he is very agressive you will win with your natural regen and your counter damage

If you lack magic damages he will have a lot of armor and he will be able to 1vs1 you easily



Pantheon : Medium

Respect his early game

Your E can't cut his invincibility from front

Very easy mid / late (he can engage you but not escape)



Poppy : Medium

A good poppy will just spam Q and use her passive to deal you extra damages

However she has mana problems early game and you will be able to win extended trade

Not hard ... but a bit frustrant, she will escape a lot of kill situations



Quinn : Impossible

Well ... that's a kiter ... and actually the strongest champion in the game in solo Q

Farm and rush an armor item, you don't have the choice

Communicate a lot with your allies, she will roam



Renekton : Hard

He will every short trades and can dodge your W with a good use of his second dash

His sustain his superior

Try to E him when he dash out

Always take platebone rune against him and legend : tenacity (which will help you mid-late to stop his escapes)



Rengar : Easy

Care level 1

Oh you are level 2 ? GG you can E him after his dash

Oh you are level 3 ? GG you can also add heavy true damages

One of the easiest match-up :p ...



Riven : Medium

Riven is no more OP (well after 2 years ... a good thing)

If she is very agressive you can win trades and use E to cut her retreat (similar as Darius)

Aftershock can be good against her

When she will have enough regen and CDR like BC + DD, avoid her



Rumble : Hard

Respect his melee damages when he reach 100 heat

Do not take free slow on your face

Care of the all-in level 6

Do not fight him once he get Zhonia



Ryze : Hard

Well another top tier ranged champion that we like to see toplane

A good ryze will not spam spells into the wave and use his mana exclusively to damage you

Q into E can surprise him but care of Phase Rush

Avoid trades mid-late, this champion is too strong



Shen : Medium

He win short trades and is pain against you in teamfight

If he play agressive, don't use E until he try to escape

Do not push the lane



Singed : Medium

You should win most short trades

Don't try to make extended trades

Do not use your ult if he can still throw you out

Care of the ignite users early game

W can be tricky to use if he use his throw correctly (he will already be out of range)



Swain : Medium

Rare toplane but care of his ultimate power

Wit's End is your best friend



Teemo : Very Hard

Boring but not impossible and you can survive correctly

Take anti-ward lens, to kill the shrooms

Be patient ... That's the devil after all



Trundle : Hard

You will all trades before level 6, extremly easily

Well do not fight him if he has ultimate

Do not take a lot of armor / MR and think about anti-healing (that's an immobile champion, ignite is a good choice in this lane



Tryndamere : Hard

Care level 1 if you let him stack fury

Try to cut his spin with your E

Avoid at all cost mid-late

Care of his sustain and extreme base stats early game

Don't use W if his spin is available

You can snowball vs him if you do some early kills but the reverse is also true



Urgot : Hard

Don't use W to prevent his ult :)

Stay in front of him, use your E to cut his ability

Care about his fast conqueror stacking

Abuse W in early trades

Avoid him mid-late



Vayne : Impossible

Insult her



Volibear : Medium

If he take ignite you avoid trades even if you take ignite too

You win extended trades when his ult is not available

Care about his Q against your W



Wukong : Easy

If he dash into you, he is dead, simple

Abuse the fact that Wukong don't have any base damage

Don't escape the ultimate, right clic him to death



Yasuo : Medium

Do short trades with E+Q+W at the end

You can explode him early-mid if you are able to press R him far away from creeps

Avoid him mid-late in general

Care about his ability to kite you fairly well



Yorick : Hard

Abuse his mana issues early game

If you have a midlaner with a strong waveclear, swap with him level 6 and roam

Do not try to reach him, don't be too agressive and predictable

Use your ult to escape his prison if he melee range you

Legend : Lifesteal can be good to win against him at long term
