  25. Before logging on to the Internet using this dial-up connection, you are required to accept these terms.

  27. The terms have been drawn up to provide a framework for securing a stable and efficient IT environment and for protecting your data.

  29. The user name/password assigned to you is strictly personal and may not be disclosed to any other person. The password is only valid for a limited period. We reserve the right to limit the validity period beyond what is stated herein. Access to the Internet using the assigned user name/password may only be established from within premises designated by us and may not be used outside our office buildings.

  31. 2. REGISTRATION OF DATA
  32. In connection with issuing your user name and password, we register information about you and information is also registered when you log on to and use the Internet.

  34. The personal data you have provided are registered, along with information about which pages you have visited and when. Also the physical network address of your computer (your MAC address) is registered. The information is solely used for operational and administrative purposes (your registration as a user) and in compliance with current legislation in this area. The information will be deleted from our records as prescribed by current legislation.

  37. Once you are logged on to the Internet via this dial-up connection you can surf/browse the Net freely within the limitations set forth herein.

  39. The Internet connection is made available to you free of charge, but we can provide no guarantee as to the speed, accessibility, etc., of the connection. Access to some pages has been blocked by us. We further reserve the right to report any suspicion of unauthorised use to the police.

  42. The dial-up connection has been developed for computers with wireless network access. It is a condition for using this connection that you are allowed to dial up wireless from your computer. We recommend that you take the necessary steps for protecting your computer.
