1. INTRODUCTION
Before logging on to the Internet using this dial-up connection, you are required to accept these terms.

The terms have been drawn up to provide a framework for securing a stable and efficient IT environment and for protecting your data.

The user name/password assigned to you is strictly personal and may not be disclosed to any other person. The password is only valid for a limited period. We reserve the right to limit the validity period beyond what is stated herein. Access to the Internet using the assigned user name/password may only be established from within premises designated by us and may not be used outside our office buildings.

2. REGISTRATION OF DATA
In connection with issuing your user name and password, we register information about you and information is also registered when you log on to and use the Internet.

The personal data you have provided are registered, along with information about which pages you have visited and when. Also the physical network address of your computer (your MAC address) is registered. The information is solely used for operational and administrative purposes (your registration as a user) and in compliance with current legislation in this area. The information will be deleted from our records as prescribed by current legislation.

3. SCOPE
Once you are logged on to the Internet via this dial-up connection you can surf/browse the Net freely within the limitations set forth herein.

The Internet connection is made available to you free of charge, but we can provide no guarantee as to the speed, accessibility, etc., of the connection. Access to some pages has been blocked by us. We further reserve the right to report any suspicion of unauthorised use to the police.

4. PREREQUISITES FOR ACCESS
The dial-up connection has been developed for computers with wireless network access. It is a condition for using this connection that you are allowed to dial up wireless from your computer. We recommend that you take the necessary steps for protecting your computer.

5. YOUR OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY
In all respects, the use of the Internet access via this dial-up connection is at your own responsibility.

4.1. The user name/password assigned to you is strictly personal and may not be disclosed to any other person. You are responsible for the misuse of your data by another person.

4.2. You understand and accept that downloading material from the Internet or opening computer programs received by e-mail involves a risk of your hardware and software being infected with virus, etc. This is beyond our control and we can in no way be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from such actions.

4.3. You assume full responsibility for any information that you make available to others on the Internet.

4.4. You may not gain unauthorised access to other computers and/or systems and/or programs connected to the Internet, and you may not use the access to bother or harm others.

4.5. You may not spread virus or undesired mail (e.g. spam) or contribute to such actions in any way.

4.6. You may not download or distribute illegal software, data or the like (for example, but not limited to, programs, movies or pictures). You are responsible for not violating the copyrights of third parties.

4.7. This dial-up connection may solely be used for work-related purposes and in compliance with current legislation in this area.

4.8 You guarantee that any logon you make from this dial-up connection is not contrary to your employer's instructions/directions.



5. OUR RESPONSIBILITY
We are solely making this Internet dial-up connection available to you and assume no responsibility in any respect for your access to the connection or use thereof.

We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) arising from your access to the dial-up connection or use thereof. Hence, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised persons accessing your data and/or systems.
