and an appointment at Cotton Tree Drive Marriage Registry (Address : Ground
Floor, Rawlinson House, 19 Cotton Tree Drive, Central, Hong Kong ) was
scheduled at 10:15 a.m. on 06/07/2019 has been reserved for you. I would
like to remind you that you need to bring two witnesses above the age of 18
with their original travel documents and fees (HK$715) on your wedding day.

Both of the marrying parties, please come together to our office at
3/F.,Low Block, Queensway Road Government Offices, 66 Queensway Road, Hong
Kong (counter 20) within office hours on 04/07/2019 bringing along with the
following original documents:

1) The printout of this confirmation letter
2) The bridegroom's original travel document (the one used during your mostrecent arrival clearance to enter Hong Kong)
3) The bride's original travel document  (the one used during your most recent arrival clearance to enter Hong Kong) for completion of outstanding formalities.

Our office hour: Monday to Friday 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (As time is
required for completion of formalities, you may wish to attend our office
before 4:00 p.m.)

Please note that our office will not be opened during the public holidays.

P.S. Please note that the travel documents copies of the marrying parties
submitted for this application should conform with the travel documents
that the marrying parties will be using to enter Hong Kong. Thank you. If
you find the service of oversea marriage Hong Kong satisfactory, you are
welcome to fill the ID 909 form upon your arrival in our office. You
