I think you will fail because of the simple fact of, you guys will face very similar problems that the MCL did, such as; in the long run, the process is very exhausting and you guys don't have the people to do so, you basically need to heavily convince MCL people to be able to and still theres people that are willing to fix the MCL flaws from the root. As I mentioned before, related to facing similar problems, corruption / bias problems will still be a thing. Ex and ferlo aren't anything different from what you say danny is looking for. If they were doing this for the community as you say you guys are. They wouldn't mind if danny didn't credit them because at the end of the day, its supposed to be done for the community right? everyone knew the mod was made by ferlo and yes I do think that it was kinda bad the fact that danny didn't credit ex for the work on the website but I think that this is a situation that could have been easily fixed with talking and having less of ex's ego getting in the way. Jesusman is nothing good to have in your community, yes jman helped the ccl at a certain point but is way too fucking biased is seriously disgusting, in fact, he even tried cropping evidence and forging screenshots to try and get managers to think sarah was lying. Jman won't contribute anything to your league but these type of problems, I hope you don't forget he was hated for these kind of situations in the CCL. Another reason I think your league will fail is, mineplex is well involved with the MCL even tho as you say, globals have been lacking work with this but it has drastically change recently and I assure you that. Last but not least, the MS community is easy to manipulate. They bandwagon the shit out of anything that can result in a merge or creation of a new league, in fact; all of this relies again on mscl managers not taking the right choices on their community like I saw adeel MANY times not do with his league, I seriously think that criticizing the MCL for a lot of things that prevented the MSCL league to kinda move faster is fair enough but I also think is kinda off the point not to do some self-critic when it comes to community management because all of us here know that mscl has the worst so far (not counting the poor involvement with the other communities) I think thats all I'm probably missing some other points like your management activity which will again  (like I mentioned before) fall in the same cycle.
