MORAL STANDPOINT: Xiaolong believes that wrongdoings that result in right doings are fine, as long as it does not condone any irrational activity. As long as she knows that it's for an actual 'greater good' she feels like it's slightly necessary.
MOTIVATION: Nothing gets her up faster than the reminder that the new day might be a new chance for her to achieve her dream. She’s more than motivated to try to become what she wants, no matter what anyone says.
BREAKING POINT: Xiaolong is an actual softie and can’t handle heartbreak. She’s experienced it before and can’t and won’t feel that again. Her heart is too protected and she won’t let it break; Xiaolong doesn't want to fall into a never-ending spiral of hopelessness, brokenness, and nights crying.

AMBITIONS: Xiaolong has always wanted to become a playwright/screenwriter ever since she was little. Her parents had shown her a book with an entire play script inside which started her love for them. They heavily regret showing her that book.
⇢ ADDITIONAL: Zhiwei and Carmelle do not approve of that dream. They know that it is not a very stable job, and only want her to be successful with a steady income. However, they allow her to pursue it as a hobby only.
ACHIEVEMENTS: - In her freshman year of high school, there was a musical competition where competitors wrote plays based off of popular musicals. Xiaolong had won after writing a smaller, more compact version of Macbeth by Shakespeare.
- Xiaolong is a great runner, in her school’s track meet, she was the anchor leg in the 1600m relay.
- Back in 8th grade she won the National Geographic Geography Bee and made it to the national level. She didn't win the entire competition but came in 5th place.
COURSE: Xiaolong is taking law in college as of now. The major take about 7-8 years; four years for a bachelor’s and 3-4 years of law school.  The course teaches you how courts and law works. Most schools in the United States teach the first-year curriculum, as in having students learn different procedures of law, The next 2-3 years are different, depending on which type of law students would like to learn.
⇢ ADDITIONAL: She doesn't want to be in this course, it doesn't fit her interests. All Xiaolong wants to do is to be able to use her creativity 24/7. She’ll barely use her creativity as a lawyer than as a playwright. But, she’s selfless, if it’s what her family wants, she’ll do it.
THEATER BACKGROUND: Xiaolong has been in theatre for years. WIthin those years she’s always been on the crew as an assistant director. She’s extremely fast at her position and is extremely flexible with changing different schedules. Within the theatre clubs she’s been in, almost all of them has she been an assistant director.

PERSONALITY: Xiaolong is what you can call someone who gives no fucks. She’s been popular within her community, with both genders. Shelby considers it interesting because Xiaolong is unbothered and never likes to deal with her problems. Although, she understands as she’s hardworking and has a natural, effortless charm that attracts people naturally. Xiaolong is stoic, but her heart is soft, which means that she can’t deal with any rejection whatsoever. When being asked to do something irrational, Xiaolong will most likely give you a sassy retort with a smile. Her heart is guarded, making hard for anyone to reach her without work; it’s for good reason too, she’s been betrayed and hates anything else. Xiaolong is also a naturally petty person, however, her pettiness is slightly classy with some dark humor. She'll snap when people decide not to respect her choices and are pushy. Xiaolong was always taught to be well mannered and polite; even to be able to differentiate the types of silverware for specific courses. A natural flaw in her persona that she can’t control is the fact that she’s very opinionated and will try to argue so that her point is right. Her personality was developed by observing her family members; her manners from her father, sassiness from Yongzhi and Carmelle, charm from Yuping, and so much more.
⇢LIKES: - Food - Her mother is a great baker and cook, which compelled her to develop a very strong love of food.
		- Animals - Xiaolong loves animals in general, she grew up always wanting a pet that she never got. Her favorite animals include bunnies, snakes, sheep, dogs, cats, and turtles.
		- Video games - Growing up with two older brothers that forced her to play on their console in matches caused Xiaolong to love video games as a whole. It also amuses her when males think she's terrible at video games in general.
		- Reading - Xiaolong has always enjoyed reading ever since she was a little kid. Her favorite series include Sherlock Holmes, Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, The Series of Unfortunate Events, Red Queen, The Selection, and a whole lot more. She prefers mystery genres and fiction but sometimes reads the occasional romance.
		- Running - Call it a weird thing to like, but after years of racing her brothers, Xiaolong has developed a large enjoyment for running. That might also include the fact that she’s extremely fast
		- Plays/Musicals - Xiaolong has always loved musicals for the longest time. Her absolute favorite is “Merrily We Roll Along” because of the way the story is told.

		- Learning - Maybe it’s because it’s something inevitable, but Xiaolong enjoys to learn about different subjects. She’s naturally curious, to the point that she can be a little nosey and annoying.
		- Music - Not only does Xiaolong really enjoy listening to music, she had learned violin at a young age and duets with Yongzhi who plays piano.

⇢DISLIKES: - Tight spaces  - Xiaolong is claustrophobic and hates small places in general.

		   - Messes - Growing up with two older brothers made Xiaolong learn how to clean up very often. This caused her to dislike messes due to the labor it requires to keep thing tidy.
		   - Rudeness/no manners - This is also one of her biggest pet peeves. She was raised to be respectful and kind to the people around her and find it hard to not snap at adolescents and adults who should know better.
		   - Being late - Xiaolong hates it when people are late when a set time frame is set. For her being late is the epitome of rudeness and disrespect.
		   - Sappy movies - She thinks they can be cliche to an extent, but when they’re overly cliche and sappy, she won't watch them.
		   - Gum - Especially when it’s on the floor, Xiaolong will not touch, eat, or chew gum. She finds it disgusting.
		   - Fast food - Xiaolong dislikes the grease and oil which comes out of fast food. Not only that, but she doesn’t like the unhealthiness of the food product.
⇢HOBBIES: - Making origami - It’s one of the only ways for her to remember her grandmother on her mother’s side because she was the one to teach her how to make said craft.
		  - Knitting - This hobby is relaxing and allows her not to snap. Xiaolong has learned how to make hats and scarves - which she sends to her brothers to embarrass them.
		  - Embroidery - She has a delicate hand and has always wanted to learn how to embroider. Her favorite patterns to embroider are roses and hearts.
		  - Chess - Yes, it’s a hobby and a game that the Bai-Sauvage family heavily enjoys to play on weekends.
		  - Flower pressing - The hobby has developed over the years of her life. She enjoys it while others find it weird.
⇢HABITS: - Fidgeting around - It’s a flaw, she admits it, and it is improper, but Xiaolong was diagnosed with ADHD and finds it hard to stay still.
		 - Showing up at least 10 minutes early - Xiaolong was taught to show up earlier than normal because it was better and more efficient to showing up on time or being late.
		 - Exercising - To maintain her health, Xiaolong always does a daily run for an hour or so. It also helps clear her mind.
		 - Staying up late - Being a college student makes it worse, especially when there are tests and exams that are required for her major. She stays up past midnight and rarely sleeps.
		 - Saving money - For herself and her future, Xiaolong has saved up money ever since she was little in a savings account her mother made her.
⇢TRIVIA: Xiaolong can move her body like a contortionist, she is extremely flexible and enjoys scaring people with this ability. She can bend her body like it’s putty or clay, little kids actually find it cool.

FAMILY: - Carmelle Bai-Sauvage, age 49, born in Paris on February 15, 1967, fully French, the owner and patisserie at 'Carmelle's Confections.' A talented cook and baker, Carmelle helped develop Xiaolong’s sweet tooth. Her favorite child is Xiaolong as she was the only one who wanted to learn to make food when her sons called it ‘girly.’ Her nickname is Caramel, from people who can’t pronounce her name and those who know that she can be both sweet and salty to an extent. Her last name also translates to ‘Savage’ in French, which the family deems fitting.
		- Zhiwei Bai, age 51, born in Taipei on May 17, 1965, fully Taiwanese, and a lawyer extremely talented at his job. A Taiwanese man who won bets to name the children all three times. He’s protective over his children and only wants them to have a steady income. He knows how it can break his children, especially Xiaolong, but it’s too make sure she doesn’t fall into a state of bankruptcy. His favorite child is Yongzhi because of his natural politeness. Zhiwei’s nickname is ‘Wei’ because many people cannot pronounce the first syllable of his name.
		- Yuping Alcee Bai, age 24, born in Taipei January 1, 1992, half French and half Taiwanese. A full-time student in forensics, and part-time worker at ‘Carmelle’s Confections. The oldest of three children, Yuping enjoys to terrorize Xiaolong and Yongzhi with small taunts like any older brother. Of course, he loves his little siblings and would take a bullet to save them. He is smart, but not at the level of his twin. Yuping is a natural charmer and flirt, as Xiaolong says - she can’t count the number of boyfriends that he’s had. Yuping is gay and is proud, the entire family approves of this. His nicknames include Tweedledum and idiot older brother or 白痴哥哥 (Báichī gēgē) in Chinese; the two nicknames are said by Xiaolong and Yongzhi.
		- Yongzhi Ael Bai, age 24, identical twins with Yuping Alcee Bai, bisexual, half French and half Taiwanese. A full time criminal justice course student and part-time worker at ‘Carmelle’s Confections.’ Extremely smart and a natural-born detective, Yongzhi spits out rhetorical questions and riddles 24/7. He’s Xiaolong’s favorite sibling and the one that every member of the Bai-Sauvage household can tolerate. Yongzhi is the one with the best manners and shines the most despite being behind crowds naturally. Like his younger sister, Xiaolong, and unlike his twin Yuping, Yongzhi is an introvert and prefers not to talk. His nicknames include Tweedledee and Sherlock; both are said by his two siblings.
⇢ BACKGROUND: Most of the family was raised in Torcy, France - a city in the fifth sector - a few metro and RER trips away from Paris. The Bai-Sauvage children were taught mannerisms and how to fit in to the environment; they grew up seeing things that were considered weird in America, like men in tuxedos driving high-speed motorcycles and women in extravagant gowns in the metro lines. The parents, Carmelle and Zhiwei, were middle class, not having an entire fortune, but having enough to live - they were generous, seeing the best in people and taught their children to do the same. When Xiaolong turned 14 in July, they moved to the United States for them to attend high school and to have better luck to earn money. Unfortunately, two years after moving, Carmelle’s mother had been admitted to the hospital, which resulted in them moving back to France. They noticed tiny changes in Xiaolong’s behavior that year, and decided not to pry into her business that was emptiness. A few years later, the summer of which Yuping and Yongzhi would attend college, their grandmother passed away, with them moving to America. Carmelle had established a small boulangerie, or bakery, called ‘Carmelle’s Confections’ which became popular, Zhiwei had started to work in a law firm, and the children attended school; which later resulted Xiaolong to join the local theatre club.

NATURE OF YOUR RELATIONSHIP: The nature of their relationship is, to say the least, awkward. Xiaolong showing the awkwardness more than him. DESCRIPTION: The two do have a past, but not in the way many people think. They’re past had not started within the club, even though they had been in it at the same time for several months, but in high school. In Xiaolong’s high school years, when her family had just moved to America, she had met him. She was naturally shy with no romantic experience, ironically enough when she’s from the ‘city of love.’ The two got along great, sharing similar interests, and eventually started dating. The relationship carried on for two years, Xiaolong’s sophomore year, where she had to move back to France due to a family emergency on her mother’s side. Xiaolong actually had a choice, whether to stay in America with her aunt or move back to see her family; one choice meant seeing that family member possibly one last time and the other, leaving him - her first love - behind. The couple thought that either option could work, if she wanted to stay, they could see each other; if she wanted to move back, they could carry a long distance relationship. Xiaolong, being as traditional as she was, decided that family came first; she traveled back to her hometown, saying goodbye to her friends while carrying out a long distance relationship with her s/o. A few months later, after so many ups and downs of being apart, he broke it off over text with her. Wanting to know why she asked him, called him, and video chatted with him, only to not get an answer. It broke her, her first heartbreak, she couldn’t bear it and the results left an imprint on the family. Of course, the breakup affected both of them - him feeling extremely guilty and her broken and empty.
