[justify]Earlier today, a local man was left critically wounded after he was caught pointing what appeared to be a firearm at two deputies in a nearby squad car. The deputies, who were not named, exited their vehicle and drew their weapons, ordering the individual to drop his "weapon". After the suspect refused their commands, the deputies chose to use force to bring him under control, shooting the male.

Deputies seized what turned out to be a fake toy gun with the orange tip removed or painted over whilst San Andreas Fire & Rescue pronounced the suspect dead on arrival after suffering a lethal head wound.

This is the second shooting to occur today, the other being in Palomino Creek, with an even greater casualty count. Some claim that San Andreas has had a drastic increase in shootings since 2016 - even with attempts from SACSO and SASC to quell the violence with newer laws and a new security force.[/justify]
