Clarification of your questions raised;

The water is coming through the ceiling when the water is emptying out, the leak is from somewhere under the bathroom floor and is coming through the kitchen ceiling on to the Hob.

The leak is only happening when the shower has been used and not all the time.

The grouting is coming away from some of the tiles and therefore water is getting behind the tiles.

The shower seal is coming away from the top of the left hand panel, it appears to be badly fitted.

The pump was not fitted by BandQ but on the advice of the BandQ designer it was perfectly adequate and of good quality.

With regard to the basin tap and slow running hot water we chose the tap as recommended by the designer and no mention was made at all that we needed a specific tap depending on the water pressure and no one ever asked what the water pressure was.

After two telephone calls we were told that warranty claim forms wold be emailed to me, this has not happened. I just want these problems rectified ASAP, I am recently retired and spent £7369.54 to enhance my home for my remaining years and all I want is a bathroom that equals the money spent, £7369.54 and has the appearance of quality as promised by BandQ.
