These words appealed to him and stroked the Lionheart's ego alike no counterpart. He loved flattery, more than a teenage girl adored hearing rumors of her uncontested beauty.


A grin was provoked by the action, allowing a smile to shape upon the former stoic expression. This was another weakness of the child.

"Very well. Take him out of the ring; he's fought well. He is allowed to follow us as a man now and not a slave." With that, the organizer motioned for the arena's exit and the lion's den turned quiet once more.
