  1. Each player begins with 7 stat points which may be spent on:
  2. Acquisition: Each point decreases the cost of buying properties/railroads/utilities and building houses by $25 (Their base price is increased by $50 to compensate)
  3. Starting Funds: Each point increases your starting money by $100 (Base starting money is reduced by $200)
  4. Exploitation: Each point increases the total rent of your properties by %10 (Base rent is decreased by %20)
  5. Speed: For every two points, you may add one to the total spaces you move on any turn

  7. Top hat: Passives:
  8. +Business Sense: Increase the rent on your properties with monopolies by %20
  9. -Shady business practices: Go to jail on two doubles instead of three. Pay a $100 fine to the bank whenever you go to jail
  10. -Repairs and Re-modelling: Whenever you pass go, pay $10 for every house and $35 for every hotel you own to the bank
  11. Active: Eminent Domain: Purchase a property from the bank without landing on its space or from another player regardless of their opinion, assuming you have two other properties from the same monopoly. It costs four times as much. Cooldown: 7 turns

  13. Shoe: Passives:
  14. +Dishonest Sole: Whenever another player's piece passes your own, steal $25 (This cannot bankrupt an opponent. If they do not have $25 in liquid money, they pay only what they have)
  15. -No shirt, one shoe, no service: Cannot purchase utilities or railroads
  16. -I can't think of another shoe pun: Collect $50 less when passing Go
  17. +Active: Fancy Footwork: Move up to an extra two spaces forward, or one fewer spaces forward, during your normal move phase (Costs $25, cooldown: 2)

  20. -Peer Pressure: Pay %40 more rent at any property which another player has landed on in the last three turns
  21. +High Self Esteam: Start with three extra stat points
  22. +Active: Steam engine: When on a railroad, move to any other railroad. Pay the owner, if any, of each their normal rent.
