Each player begins with 7 stat points which may be spent on:

Acquisition: Each point decreases the cost of buying properties/railroads/utilities and building houses by $25 (Their base price is increased by $50 to compensate)

Starting Funds: Each point increases your starting money by $100 (Base starting money is reduced by $200)

Exploitation: Each point increases the total rent of your properties by %10 (Base rent is decreased by %20)

Speed: For every two points, you may add one to the total spaces you move on any turn
