For images you already have and need to upload, I would suggest using SR's built-in image uploader at the bottom of your report, "Upload a file". For keeping a transcript of your chat, Pastebin is a great site.

For future screenshot needs, I suggest puush - (puush.me/). Its a 5 minute download and is a great tool. It auto uploads screenshots and creates a link in your clip board to paste quickly.
