01[15:36] <~GummiMonster> Shortly after the Gummy Solosis gets pulled out of the cauldron... It begins to bubble up again, and the pool of sticky deliciousness takes on a shade of brown.

06[15:37] * Lilith wonders what is going on with kids these days. "I was thinking less along the lines of cannibalism and more along the lines of returning the candy to its rightful place."
06[15:37] * Fia pulls her out, drooling, despite the Solosis' probable angry reaction, before Fia's face takes on a sour expression at the... brownness. "Awww, ya didn't-"
[15:37] <Fia> A pout before a nod.  "Awwww, okay-- gotta help people n' all that junk, right?"
[15:37] <Count_Chuck> A humanoid hand starts poking out of the cauldron, grabbing on Fia's hand.

06[15:41] * Mach makes a blegh face. "Dude. Clothes." and he flies into the wreckage of the house to find curtains.
06[15:41] * Lilith is about between horror and... something else as she flushes and gasps simultaneously. "Eep. Wh-what is going on now?"

[15:46] <Count_Chuck> "Ah, the witch. She was the one who put me on that cauldron in first place when i tried to steal her fabled Chocolate Fondue."
[15:47] <Lilith> "Stop metagaming, Fia!" Lilith scolds the child, addressing the count. "Ah, so you've business with the witch, too. Then perhaps you'll help us? We intend to locate her."
[15:47] <Mach> "Wanna beat her up for it?"
[15:47] <Fia> "Whoaaa!  She'cn do stuff like that?"  The hyper kid gets even more excited.  "That's awesome!  We'll be so much cooler when we totally trash 'er and save Halloween, huh?"
[15:47] <Count_Chuck> "Mugger? No, i am just a vampire. Count Chuck O'Larry, can i know yours?"
06[15:48] * Fia pouts and gives Lilith a nod, handing a pen from a pocket back to her 'puff. She was writing a lot of stuff down in secret.
[15:48] <Fia> "M'name's Luffina, but everyon' calls me Fia!  I'm tryin' ta dress up as a buncha storybook characters who help people n' stuff."

[15:50] <Fia> "Aaaawesome!  Let's all be friends n' save Halloween!  And maybe I can tell s'more stories on th' way, huh?"
[15:50] <Count_Chuck> "Hm, yes. In any case, if you are going to beat the witch, i can gladly oblige, although a treat right now could be really of some help. You see, it has been some decades since i was trapped on this here cauldron. Now tell me, cool cats, is Disco still popular?"
06[15:51] * Mach pulls out a handful of candy from his candy bag, a few sunglasses mixed in with it.
06[15:51] * Mach | the candy ball floats towards the Count.
[15:52] <Fia> "Oh sure, y-y'can have a bite'r two.  But not all of 'er!"  Fia's partly-selfish hands hold out the gummy solosis to the bat-man, while said solosis looks on in absolute terror.  For the record, Medique does too.  "She's totally still in-costume, y'see..."
[15:52] <Lilith> "Disco... ah... about that..." she says, jotting down a mental -2 on his charisma score with respect to her. "Not... really."
[15:52] <Mach> "Haunter! Haunter! IF you want to help us get all the candy back. Come over here!"
06[15:52] * Mach launches a flame burst into the sky to light it up.
[15:53] <Fia> Though she doesn't look like anything but a green ball.  "There was this one really cool book I red once, n' th' main guys met this real evil priestess who could transform inta stuff, so they put her n' a bottle n'..." Prattle prattle prattle.
[15:53] <Mach> "What's Disco?"
06[15:54] * Count_Chuck takes some of the candy and bites it with his canines, sucking the sugar from inside them. He then substitutes his old sunglasses for a pair of aviator ones. "Now, those are a cool pair. But man, if disco is not popular... I thought it would survive for millenia, you know! I had the greatest moves back in the day."
06[15:56] * Lilith zones our for a minute as Fia's babbling causes her mind to wander off, a reflex she has recently developed. Doppel, finally noticing the Solosis, frowns. That was her costume!
[15:57] <Fia> THEN THEY MUST DUEL... or maybe they will when one of them is non-timid enough to talk to it.  The solosis is too busy breathing an imaginary sigh of relief, though is pretty uncomfortable at being all sticky.  And at the fact that Fia's chomping on her without even noticing every now and then.
06[15:59] * Mach goes floating around, bored, looking for the Haunter.

[15:59] <Fia> "Let's hear all 'bout it, Mr. Vampire!  We're gonna save Halloween together, right?"  With a big, sparkling smile, Fia starts to actually head in the direction of the... you know, the way the witch went.
06[16:00] * Count_Chuck gives a thumbs up to Fia. "Halloween is my main source of candy, the ones i get here usually can feed me for two months. And i do need to talk with that Witch..."
[16:01] <Lilith> "So... if we are going to," she sighs at this point, realizing how ridiculous this all is and that, worse, she's finally starting to be okay with that, "save halloween. We have to find the witch. Any ideas?"
[16:01] <Fia> Her big smile turns into a pout.  "So... y'guys - y'know, vampires - 're still like... not... dead, right?  And y'wouldn't like, take damage from gettin' healed n' stuff?  'Cause that'd suck."
06[16:03] * Lilith gets curiously defensive about this. "Vampires? Hah. Who said anything about vampires? It's a costume and a good act, yeah? That's the ticket. He'll be fine, fine! Trust me!"

The crater resulting from it has an oversized piece of candy corn smoldering in the midst of it. Looking up to see where it came from, she'd notice a massive stream of candies floating overhead, seeming to head into the forest.
[16:05] <Fia> "Ohhh, ahkay!  My Halloween getup of all this healin' stuff'd be pretty useless if it were like that, huh?"
06[16:06] * Fia points, jumping up in excitement. "That way! I'm bettin' she went that way!"

[16:06] <Count_Chuck> "Damn, that's some shitload of candy!" He files on the direction of the candy, being closely followed by his Crobat. "Yo Orlok, don't leave me behind!"

[16:07] <Fia> "C'mon c'mon c'mon!  Y'too, Meddy!  Don't get lost!"  The hype girl dashes, still taking a chomp every now and then.  And of course, her ginormous medigun is hauled without problems.  IT'S LIKE WE'RE REALLY IN ANIME.
06[16:07] * Lilith shrieks and cowers as the smouldering candy bursts the ground nearby. She hides behind Count Chuck until the coast seems clear. When her breath is caught and the source becomes apparent, she claps her hands together in excitement. "Holy mother of plot devices, Fia! I think you're right!" The chase is on.
01[16:08] <~GummiMonster> Having settled upon  group follows the trail of candy floating in the sky, which leads them deep into the forest. Having lost the sun to time, darkness has set upon the forest, the only light being what little the moon can shoot down through the thick canopies... As they proceed, they can't help but hear the sound of crying resounding through the wilderness.
06[16:11] * Fia trots along. "So, we'll know she's close when we start accidentally makin' stuff rhyme without noticin' ourselves doin' it, 'kay? Until then she's probably over thattaway..."
[16:11] <Lilith> Doppel, following the trail of candy and stuffing it alternatingly into her mouth and wicker basket, bounds ahead, leading Lilith and company. Her trainer is lost in thought as she wanders  behind aimlessly, shooting furtive glances to the trees as they get spookier and spookier.
06[16:12] * Lilith shivers at the thought. She'd rather suffer a fire blast than that madness, again.

[16:18] <Lilith> "That costume looks familiar, and the way I feel the need to groan every time he growls..." Lilith remarks, hearing Amelia's call. She claps her hands over Fia's mouth. "Sh! Someone's nearby." she whispers.

[16:18] <Fia> "Mmph!"  Fia comically flails about before stopping and giving a nod.  Instinctively she gnaws on Lilith's fingers a little, as it becomes so much more evident that the Solosis is missing a chunk now.

[16:43] <Lilith> Doppel squirms, trying to get at the candy, still, but Lilith restrains her. Eventually, she settles down, more because of her stomach ache than loss of will to devour sweets.
[16:45] <Fia> "Dun worry!  I'm really good at this cosplayin' stuff-- nobody's gonna get hurt while I'm here, 'kay?  Let's go beat that witch up!"  And then she begins marching.

[16:54] <Lilith> With a graceful tumble, she avoids the screeching tires and stands back up. "WHERE did you learn to drive?" she demands of the Gummibabby.
