Palossand is Ground/Ghost Pokemon. It is a decent Special Attacker, but has poor Speed. It's Defense is higher then Special Defense so I put the extra EVs in Special Defense. Earth Power and Shadow Ball will be your main forms of damage while Giga Drain and Sludge Bomb are for dealing with Fairy/Grass and Ground/Rock/Water Pokemon. Life Orb will help with dealing that little extra damage to get the KO.

Alolan Raichu is Psychic/Electric Pokemon. It's Special Attack is okay and can still pack a punch, but Speed is key. With 110 Base Speed, Alolan Raichu will be speeding ahead of the opponents. It's item allows it use it's Z-Move, Stoked Sparksurfer. It's ability will give it doubled Speed when Electric Terrain is active. Psyshock, Thunderbolt, and Volt Switch are your main STAB moves. Focus Blast is for dealing with Steel, Dark, Rock, and Normal Pokemon.

Toxapex is a Water/Poison Pokemon that is a great wall.
