- It looks like you should just copy the contents of the Install dir into webpages; there is no executable or anything to install, per se. It works like the Matrix CMS, a bunch of files that go in the site's home directory.
- I don't think the _Source or _Upgrade files are needed. Source probably means source files, since it is an opensource program; and nothing's being upgraded. Docs are help files.

- subject: URL changes w/ new website?
- Dianne,
- Thank you for pointing out these issues again today as you did at yesterday’s policy meeting when we were discussing overall I.A.C.P. IT policies.
- As I told you yesterday during the meeting, we will discuss the issues you raised with Matrix in the near future. However, as I stated yesterday, I.A.C.P. and Matrix at this time have not fully developed the precise solution to your publications issues. However, please understand that I.A.C.P. and Matrix will develop a solution so that there will be little or no impact on your publication.
- Please let me clarify for you again, as I did for all in attendance at yesterday’s policy meeting:
- 1. The website designs you saw were preliminary
- 2. You should not draw any conclusions on the final website design or content layout base on these preliminary designs
- 3. I showed the designs to the policy group only as part of a discussion regarding branding of the I.A.C.P.
- 4. The designs you saw at the meeting are confidential.
- Please do not discuss the designs with other staff members.
- Thank you,

- Subject: URL changes w/ new website?
- David and Chuck (and all the fabulous members of the WebTeam),
- As we discussed yesterday, we’re getting ready to produce the 2nd Edition of the Police Chiefs Desk Reference (PCDR). I am planning to send in our final edits at the end of this week or early next week. In this version of the reference, we have focused on pushing people to the IACP website for more information. Many of the pages have specific URLs leading to information on specific projects or resources and some indicate that the reader should go to www.theiacp.org/documents/ and select “Publications†to search for a specific title of a publication. There very well could be 100 or more references to the IACP website or specific pages within our site.
- I know that there are changes expected to the website in the near future and I’m wondering how this will all work out. Will the old URLs still have the information, or will they have an automatic redirect? Certainly, some things, like how to find Publications, I can fix now (just make it more general to say, go to www.theiacp.org and search Publications), but I’m concerned that this book will be published over the summer and within a few months all of the links that we’re telling people to go to will be broken or no good- keeping in mind that this edition will probably be in circulation for about 4 years and could be distributed to upwards of 20,000 individuals.
- Any advice you may have for me would be most appreciated!! To give you a sense of the web links we reference, I’m attaching the draft chapters we submitted, which are in Word format, so it’s easier to do a search for web addresses- if you want to take a look (our final pages are already PDF).
- Thank you and I appreciate your help with this.

- A - Further changes to the CMS are possible. 1) We need to resolve the distortion issues when thumbnails are created. You gave us options. We have to decide. 2) More importantly, we are still awaiting further feedback from BJA, which may have an influence.
- In our latest correspondence from him, Steve said he expected feedback from BJA administrators by the end of the week. He also implied he had suggestions of his own. We also solicited feedback from our original focus group with a deadline of this Friday. Once we've received comment from all our stakeholders, we'll compile them and get with you all about the best way to address them.

- Subject: ?s on CMS
- Message:
- Hi there,
- A couple of things I noticed today on the CMS that I need help with regarding the Real Stories Real People doc type:
- 1) Image caption problems --
- I cannot figure out how to make the caption on Rusty Jacksland's photo appear as a caption rather than as part of the profile text. It was input using the caption block, and it looks ok in preview. But once it's published, it appears as the first line of the summary and text. ??
- 2) Image upload problems --
- When all these stories were input originally, I had trouble using the large Image upload function. Justin instructed me to use the std image function, and that worked fine even with photos larger than 200x200. I just tried to add a new profile, but could not upload the image. I got the same error as before using the large image upload (telling me "you must browse to an image before you can add it" even though I already had.) Using the standard image this time limited me to 200x200 which is too small. So, for now, Kim Vorel has no photo...
- thanks.

- Subject: Monday deadline
- Message:
- Summarizing my telephone conversation with Justin:
- -Up to this point, the only aspects of the site that have been available to IACP for review, comment, and revision were the draft map and the format for the home page and four landing pages.
- -When the IACP Discover Policing team sees how the remainder of the site has been designed and implemented, review, comment, and revision are sure to be necessary.
- -There are several additional stakeholders, including IACP and BJA management, that need to see the site before launch
- We cannot hope to accomplish all these things in one day, so making discoverpolicing.org accessible to the general public on Monday is not a realistic goal at this point.
- We do expect, and Justin assures me that we will have in place, a fully functional development site on Monday, populated with all the content we have provided, to serve as a basis for review, comment, and revision.
- Thanks

- Hello Tracy,
- I understand your challenges regarding the repetitive nature of the document entry process for the CMS. Not entirely fun from a mental standpoint.
- For now there is no faster way to enter those items. I know that for some updates, the IDSafety folks have us do the work using admin staff (cheaper than webmaster time). Given the relative infrequency of the updates, either bearing the burden or having us do it would be the way to go.

- Message:
- I'm inputting info for the state pages and finding it to be a tedious and mind-numbing process. Hoping there's a better way ...
- Is there any way to set up a template or make a copy of an existing page? All of the state pages have the exact same text, only the page title and related links (title is same, only URL is differnt) are different. It would be great if I could just change the elements that differ rather than recreating each state from scratch.
- Same will go for the Quick Facts - only certain items will change (the "facts") while others (the headings) will stay the same. Would be great not to retype everything every time.
- Please let me know if there is a way to accomplish this that I'm not seeing.

- - Each state will be linked from Interactive map
- - State page will list all available fields with separate area for Quick Facts
- ****** What are the "available fields?" I assume this would include a block of text and a series of links, as in ID Safety?
- MATRIX: Our CMS has the following fields: title, subtitle, summary, full text, related links, related docs, and images. You can also categorize each entry and in this case each piece will be attached to a specific State. The categorization is important since we need to link to a specific State entry from the map.
- - Each state will need to be flagged as a separate Category
- ****** I don't know what this means. If it's important, pleasea explain.
- MATRIX: See above. You can also review the IDSafety map and see how each State has their own map. This is done by tagging each entry with a State.
- 2. Quick Facts
- - This item is part of overall State Profile
- - Quick Facts will be attached to a state's profile by selecting a State from the category list
- ******* OK. Also, to clarify -- If the quick facts are the same as the map statistics, which they will be, then this will meet 508 compliance, right?

- Below are the publishing rules for each doc type followed by my comments / questions preceeded by a *****.
- 1. State Profile
- - Each state will be linked from Interactive map
- - State page will list all available fields with separate area for Quick Facts

- 2. Quick Facts
- - This item is part of overall State Profile
- - Quick Facts will be attached to a state's profile by selecting a State from the category list
- ******* OK. Also, to clarify -- If the quick facts are the same as the map statistics, which they will be, then this will meet 508 compliance, right?

- Hi Tracy,
- I've reviewed the content you sent over for the Real Stories, as well as your email. Overall, you can have as many photos as you would like for each profile. - Subject: Real Stories Real People samples
- Message:
- We have about 20 profiles so far plus maybe 10 more that are Officer or Trooper of the Year stories. We are still in the process of editing them. They range in length from about 150 to 450 words. Each has at least one photo.
- I'm attaching a few draft samples to give you an idea:
- CLopez - a longer profile
- KSweeney - a shorter profile
- RWuller - an Officer of the Year story (so not really a profile like the rest)
- Each also has a photo. In some cases, though not among these samples, we have more than one photo. Will the design accomodate more than one? Also some, like KSweeney are quite small, so I'm not sure how they'll look.
- As noted in feedback dated 2/29, we've been given permission to use the profiles on NYSP's site (links below). They are all short and have tiny photos. That's the source of KSweeney's profile. Profiles from NYSP are not included in the current count of 20 noted above.

- Subject: Real people...blurb info
- Message:
- Hi Tracy,
- For your question about the Real People blurb:
- How will the blurb that goes along with the Real Stories Real People block (on home page and What's it Like page) be populated? Will it be the firt few sentences of each profile, or do we need to come up with separate teaser-type lead ins?
- The Real People, Real Stories items are going to be managed by the CMS; this is the first document type for the DP site.
- Thus you'll be able to enter the photo and related text for each of the Real People profiles.
- We have a bit of flex as to how this is done. Depending on what content you have available, let us know if you want to do a photo and text, or photo, title, text, or some other combination. It also depends on how lengthy these profiles are.
- I'd suggest using a photo and summary text (that would appear on the homepage or other pages). If you have really long profiles, such that we cannot display all of the text on the one page, we could run onto a dedicated page that displays that profile in its entirety. I don't know if you have the amount of content for these profiles to make that work.
- Do you have some samples to send us for review? We can weigh in based on what we see.
- Thanks,
- Justin

- Message:
- Hello DP,
- Noting here that, for rollout, these will be the doc types in use:
- - Real stories, real people (illustrating via text and images)
- - State pages (linked from the repurposed IDSafety map)
- Clearly more can be added later; this is the initial thinking.
- Matrix can commence speccing the "Real stories, real peopl" doc type, and I'll have questions about that soon.
- Thanks,

- Hi Kim,
- Can we find a time to show you the CMS (in another site's framework) and also start talking about what document types you want to have created?
- Document types are the templates that we'll develop that allow DP staff to publish content to the web site. At first, we may not have too many. Some sites start with a handful, and add more over time as the content expands and the needs grow.
- Are you available Wednesday? I can talk with you tomorrow, but we'd have to webex that as I'll be working from home all day Tuesday.
- Please let me know what works best for you.

- We are looking good as far as the blog is concerned. Here's what is going on:
- - Downtime to install additional memory was moved per your request to later this afternoon, likely @ 6pm. Downtime should last up to an hour, probably less.
- - We will post a "site down for maintenance" page that includes the webmaster@theiacp.org email for inquiries.
- - I will test the password protection this afternoon. Briefly, we modified the existing member info database to include a new field that pertains to blog access. The 20 bloggers and you will have that field populated allowing you to access the blog url after logging in (using your normal IACP logins). You will then need to login to Moveable Type with the logins that Nate provided earlier.
- - I will test the blog after the memory upgrade takes place to gauge the impact of the upgrade.
- - The blog demo at the Board meeting tomorrow should (!) be smooth and simple.
- As always, please let me know if you have any questions.
- cheers,
- Justin

- Subject: IACP Leadership Blog Update: Some URLs and some User/Passes
- Message:
- David,
- Nate again: we've finished the implementation of the IACP Leadership Blog.
- This is the URL for the blog:
- The bar on the left leads to each of the individual blogs. On the right of that page is a listing of the most recent 10 entries on all IACP blogs. This number can be changed to anything you like. The listing also shows comments and/or trackbacks if there are any for the entries so that you can see easily from this first page whether there's been activity on a post or not.
- The URL for Movable Type administration is the same for all users:
- I've set up each author with a username that is his/her first initial and the password "iacp". Each person will want to log in and change this password. The only exception to the first initial / last name is Joyce Carter, as there was already another jcarter (Joseph C. Carter). Her username is "joyce_carter". Each author has administrator level access only for his or her blog.
- I've also given you a username/password (dpaulson/iacp) -- you're set up as a site administrator, with admin-level access to all blogs. I can change this or set up as many super admin accounts as you want or need.
- I've deleted all the test entries we entered except for one entered as Mary Anne Viverette. Either she can delete this when she makes her first entry, or I'd be happy to.
- One important note: I'm very concerned about the speed of Movable Type on the VIPS server -- it's far, far more sluggish than it ought to be. We're going to attempt to address this by adding more memory to the server. Since this is so important, we're going to try to do it Thursday night (the fastest possible time we can get that memory shipped to us), but if it doesn't happen then (and we'll let you know either way) it'll definitely happen Friday night.
- I've made the changes you requested to the default set up of each blog -- each entry will default to the "published" state and all comments will be accepted by default.
- Phew! That's a lot of information to throw at someone. As I said before, I'm always available via phone or email for any questions you might have about Movable Type or anything else.
- Thanks, David, and have a great evening!

- Subject: Update on IACP Leadership Blog
- Message:
- David,
- It was a pleasure to talk with you this morning! I'm pretty excited about IACP's venture with Movable Type and blogging. I think you made a good decision about the tool to use, and really hope I and Matrix can be an asset in helping you meet your goals with these blogs.
- I'm setting up each username to be the first initial plus the last name of the author. So the username you used this morning was "mviverette". By the end of today, I should have all of the usernames set up following the same convention.
- You guessed correctly about the reason that the comment did not appear: by default, MT has a fair amount of SPAM filtering going on. Since you hadn't (indeed, no one had) commented on the blog before, it held the comment for approval by a blog author. I will turn off the comment moderation feature, as per your request.
- We'll get on the password protection aspect of things asap. Trevor (another webmaster) and I are going to be working on this throughout the afternoon, so we'll update you today on our progress.
- Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions throughout the day.
- Thanks, David, and have a great afternoon!

- Subject: Blog demo results and new questions
- Message:
- The comments from Dan Rosenblatt on the I.A.C.P. board blog were positive. A few things still need to be addressed:
- Log in on the http://www.theiacp.org/mt/mt.cgi page. My understanding from Nate is that the username for a user is their last name with their password initially set as “iacp.†While speaking with Nate I was able to logon as “viverette†with “iacp†as the password. Since then I have tried several times to login as Viverette and each time I receive an Invalid login response from Moveable Type. Please let me know if I am entering incorrect information when trying to login. Please also let me know when all of the users are setup.
- During my meeting Dan Rosenblatt, I had Dan comment on the Mary Ann Viverette post. I think he entered “xyz†as his comment. After posting his comment, MT did not appear to assign the comment to Mary Ann Viverette’s post. Did we incorrectly post Dan’s comment? Does Mary Ann Viverette need to approve Dan’s comment before MT attaches it to her post? We could not check this possibility since we could not login as Mary Ann Viverette. Dan Rosenblatt would like all comments to a post to appear immediately with the original post.
- Security – Dan Rosenblatt would like to have the page http://www.theiacp.org/blog password protected so that only members of the board blog can enter. Will this require a double login for the members of the blog? I would prefer one login but I can live with two. I do not want password protection attached to the I.A.C.P. member login process already place.
- Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Dan is planning to demonstrate the MT blog to the board Friday morning this week.

- Subject: Prototype pages for review - Leadership Blog
- Message:
- Hi David,
- Here are links to prototype pages for the leadership blog:
- Main / index page: http://iacp.dev.matrixgroup.net/BLOG/v1_v4.html
- - The main page shows all participants along the left, and each name is a link to that member's unique thread.
- - In the center and right you see a listing in chrono order of the most recent threads with links to take you to the specific threads.
- - The Searchbox at the top offers the ability for users to conduct a text search through all entries.
- A sample sub-page, member-specific: http://iacp.dev.matrixgroup.net/BLOG/sub_blog_v1_v1.html
- - Posts and comments appear along the center-left.
- - On the right are a few utilities; not sure how much your folks will use these.
- Please let me know if you have any questions. I think that these fit the description that you offered in our previous call. Assuming these are ok with you, we will continue with setting this up on your live environment, and with that we'll set up the password protection scheme as well.
- Thanks,
- Justin

- Message:
- David,
- A couple of quick questions about the audience that will be using the Leadership Blog:
- - What is the typical age / age range?
- - How much web experience / comfort?
- - Any idea what sorts of screen sizes are used (e.g. 1024 x 768, 800 x 600, etc.)?
- We should have something for you to look at later today (sample index page and a sample author's page). The answers to these questions will help speed the "prototypes" along.

- Message:
- David,
- Going from 10 to 20 users / participants as you asked won't be too costly - it adds another $50 to the licensing cost (from $99.95 to $149.95). If we go over 20, then the pricing is done on a custom basis; I would not expect a huge jump in any event.
- I'll look forward to getting the list of participants. With the increased number of bloggers in the group, we may have some questions for you later regarding the presentation of the "index" page for all of this activity.

- - http://www.theiacp.org/About/Governance/Divisions/StateAssociationsofChiefsofPoliceSACOP/CurrentSACOPProjects/MissingAlzheimersDiseasePatientInitiative/tabid/897/Default.aspx
- IACP is in the process of collecting data from the membership and law enforcement agencies that will be housed within this section. The primary goal of this research is to identify the areas and communities that have developed a policy or program aimed at targeting and assisting population affected by Alzheimers.
- In addition, IACP is also compiling success stories, facts, testimonials and additional information. The goal for this research effort is to aggregate all of this data in order to benefit IACP members and others looking to improve their service, policies and procedures for dealing with Alzheimers in the community.
- Matrix Group proposes to support this research and assist IACP in creating a strong way to visualize the data on the site, enabling it to become a member resource. We recommend the following enhancements and features as part of this project:
- *** Layout and Design Changes
- The existing Alzheimer's section is a standard text page created in the DotNetNuke CMS. We understand that IACP would like to explore a multi column layout for this landing page, as well as the other detail pages within this section.
- We also understand that IACP is working with in-house design resources to create an updated logo and color palette for this initiative. We propose:
- * Creating a wireframe for the landing page and the detail page to validate the new layout and direction of the site
- * Updating the page look with the new logo and new color scheme as provided by IACP
- Estimate: $1,000 - $1,500
- *** CMS Additions and Adjustments
- As IACP staff are building out this new section, there will be several dynamic areas to input content and add details in order to make it the most relevant and useful in seeing the full picture. We propose creating additional publish-to areas within the CMS to manage:
- * News
- * Success stories
- * Links
- * States
- New Doctype: Alzheimer's Policy/Program
- The policy/program information will be linked to a preformatted PDF file that IACP is creating. Alzheimer's Policy/Program information will be added as a new doctype.
- Estimate for modifying the existing CMS and creating new doctype for policy/program info: $2,500 - $3,000
- *** Display Pages for Different States
- We propose to create dynamic pages for each state, that will aggregate all of the information available tagged as relating to each state.
- * Each state will have its own page, with all of the information tagged as relevant available to users
- * Users will have the ability to subscribe to "Watch this Page", entering their email address for an automatic notification when a Policy/Program is added or the page is updated
- Estimate: $2,500 - $3,000
- *** Interactive Map
- We propose to create an interactive visual for the new data relevant to the Alzheimer's initiative. This will take the form of a color-coded state map.
- * As information is added to the CMS, such as a new Program/Policy, the color of a state will change
- * Users will be able to hover over the map and learn more information, as well as click through to view the state detail page
- * Matrix will design and implement the map using JavaScript and CSS rather than Flash, to be compatible with mobile devices
- Estimate: $3,000 - $3,500
- *** Google Analytics
- We will include Google Analytics to assist in reporting the overall page views and users exploring the site as well as downloading files such as PDFs.
- Estimate: $750 to include tracking script as part of the new doctype, and create a custom report for the Alzheimer's page that is emailed to IACP staff at a set interval

- Hi Everyone,
- This looks great. I think there are a few things that need to be reflected in the internal page:
- 1. reduce the size of the logo to match the front page
- 2. color of the letters of "resource center" and Alzheimer's News" should match the front page
- Also, on the font page, can we reduce the size of the text on the top left so the map moves up a little more? It would be great to see the legend "above the fold".
- Thanks!

- ======== ACTIONS/ NEXT STEPS ==========
- - Matrix to make edits to design. Have by COB today to look at on Friday.
- - Caroline to review timeline - and send update on Friday
- ======== KEY TAKEAWAYS ===============
- - Looked at Brochure
- - Looked at Design - http://demonstration.dev.matrixgroup.net/iacp-az/iacp_az_home_r2_v1a.html
- Interior
- http://demonstration.dev.matrixgroup.net/iacp-az/iacp_az_article_r1_v1a.html
- ======== DETAILED NOTES ===============
- Take the design from the brochure - and marry it happily with the current IACP site.
- Took the color. and the Why, Resource, Quick typography.
- Like the site. Just a little overwhelming.
- Change side by side division from 50/50 to like 60/40 (interior page is like 70/30)
- Will shrink titles some.
- Do you want the titles shrunk more? or just proportionally.
- Iacp's Alzheimer's Initiatives - logo is too large.
- Maintain the left and right aspect of Did you know and the news.
- Those will be very narrow.
- Much wrapping. Ok to wrap 'did you know' title. but no wrap 'alzheimer's news on the web.
- Do you want actual borders, boxing in each section?
- IACP main site - does not have boxes.
- Also - would shrink the two sections on the bottom.
- maybe just add more spacing between resource stories - and Success stories. and success stories and did you know.
- Silver Alert Programs - meta - change to Century Old Style
- Resource Center - Century Old Style
- If reduce the right column - the background color is fine. Do not change that. Like the green from the brochure
- Map -
- need a Legend.
- Add a dropdown menu for the states
- provide with illustrator file. change color of state. or Matrix can do in 5 minutes.

- Subject: Client Feedback: IACP Alzheimer's Section
- Message:
- Hi Caroline,
- OK, this is closer, but I think that I still like how the wireframe distinguishes sections better. I think also, that the solid green/blue bar on the right overwhelms the viewer and people will overlook the section that tells about the project, etc. So, here is my feedback:
- 1. I really like the layout of the internal page. I think your suggestion of going to a 60/40 split for the front page was a good suggestion and may make it easier to read the website. I think seeing it now, in the right order with some lines between the sections makes me realize that a 50/50 split is overwhelming to the eye. Plus it will give a little more room for the map and the overview of the project (as you had suggested in our call the other day).
- 2. I like how the wireframe separates the sections into boxes and the use of white space makes it look cleaner and is more reader friendly. I also like that the resource center is colored but the other boxes are not. I think the color can be incorporated into the success stories and the quick facts and news, but as outlines only. Right now, the solid blue/green is too much.
- 3. I think the size of the font in our logo as well as "resource center" and "success stories" is too big. I think this will end up being resolved by the reduction in the size of the right column, but wanted to point out that they should be consistent--not too many different size fonts.
- 4. On the same note, let's make it more consistent with color and font style. I feel that there are several competing fonts and there is a lot of variation of color throughout the page. I like the blues in our logo and the orange. Let's try to stick with those colors as much as possible--including on the map.
- Many thanks for your hard work on this!

- Amanda

- Hi Caroline,
- I am traveling so I am having difficulty logging into your projects system so please forward my feedback to everyone.
- I like the design. I think the resources section should be a bit bigger and more prominent. The news section can be a bit less prominent and if we have to move it, we can. Our project is mainly about a toolkit and resources so that should be the focus.
- Will the share/email section be lost due to the IACP banner? I think that there are so many menus in that banner that any links may get lost. Thoughts?
- My only other question is the box in the top left--is it a picture ?
- I like the design overall though. I think it is visually interesting but uncluttered enough to illustrate the important pieces to the project - and the issue.
- Erin, do you have any thoughts?
- Thanks,
- Amanda

- Hi Amanda and Eric,
- It was good to talk with you Amanda - I understand a busy day like today makes a brain mush. I really appreciate you being able to do a quick call.

- ----------------------
- Looking at Wireframe Round 1.PDF
- A Wireframe is a black and white representation of the 'chunks' of data on a page.
- The feedback we need:
- -- Is the Layout appeasing?
- -- Are all the right elements represented?
- -- Do items have the right amount of real estate?
- -- Are images represented correctly? (If you need an image to display - it should have a grey box on the wireframe.)
- Do not worry about actual words/content at this time.
- Details about your wireframe:
- -We kept the layout simple for this tight timeline.
- -Kept the three column idea - but made them non-even.
- -The Did You Know is for your statistics - pulling randomly. (faster development than creating a quiz/survey)
- -The Success Story shows the most recent story.
- -The News shows the 4 most recent headlines.
- -page 2 simply shows the map has a 'pop up' feature on map hover.
- ==========================================
- NEXT STEPS:
- IF you don't like it at all - we try again.
- IF you MOSTLY like it - we make revisions.
- Once you FULLY like it:
- 1. We begin on the subpage wireframes (Success Story, news/story listing page)
- 2. We begin on DESIGN on the main page
- Design is where we take the approved wireframe - and apply colors, fonts, images, logos. Design can also affect emphasis on any area on the page - besides the Wireframe size.

- Hi Caroline,
- Our phones are being a bit crazy today--please note that my number has changed: 703.644.6829 (the footer that appears here has my old number, which no longer works).
- For the success stories, I think that we should have a link to a separate page, which will allow us to highlight the story appropriately.
- Thanks,

- Subject: IACP Alzheimers: QUESTION: Success Story: Paragraph or full story page?
- Message:
- HI Amanda and Erin.
- I tried to call - but the vm kept circling back to the intro greeting, and even when the operator directed us - same thing. (Erin - it said your mailbox is full).
- So - the immediate question is - for the Success stories. We have a place for an image and text. It isn't a lot of space. We could link to a separate page - that allows for more space for a full story. But that will require a third template/page.
- So for this question of 'just a paragraph, or a full page for a detailed story': Do you have a sample of stories already written? - that will help us greatly in determining how much space you need.
- Feel free to call if that is faster.
- Thanks,
- Caroline
