B to levitate AR code??

Gamecube AR code:

4A3398B2 00000200
423428F8 00143FFF

After reading a little, I think what it's doing is:

If the value at 803398B2 is 0x200 then:
Write 3FFF to 803428F8 + 2*0x14

But that doesn't actually look correct in my memory viewer....
