An interesting ability which allows Agape to steal the stats of her opponent. This works by her grabbing onto any part of her opponent, and taking a piece of their soul and combining this with her own. This gives her a small portion of their stats, as well as a small piece of their personality. She must be in a pretty close range for this power to work - armor won't do much unless you've got extremely thick armor or armor designed for such threats, but if the soul isn't actually in that person, then there's no chance of it working anyways.
This normally refers to the stats as set with Agape, but this can be changed based on the situation (i.e., if you use something different, I think I could adjust appropriately). Agape will have a harder time with enemies who are stronger than her - that is, if their stats are at least 1.1 times higher. If they're too strong - 2 times higher stats - then Agape cannot use Heart Steal on them whatsoever. Characters with the same or lower stats are easier targets. Agape can only take 10% of an opponent's stat, and it can only be successfully used once per fight (if it misses, she's free to retry, however).

With the exception of the very beginning and end (which are 100% and 0% respectively), this is always out of 20 (or increments of 5%). If the opponent's stats are higher than Agape's, it will become progressively harder to steal from the opponent, while the opposite is true of characters with less stats. Numbers in-between will be rounded. As a reminder, she can only steal 10% of an opponent's stat.

This is 1.083x Agape's HP stat, so when rounded down, this becomes 1.0. Therefore, she will have a clean 50% chance to steal from this character.
Since Agape steals only 10% of the stat, if she steals from this character she will gain 1,083 HP.
