- In the very first step, it is fairly fast to deallocate the following (these aren't always good actually):
- - red rupee (this is the only 000E in the scene)
- - stray 0090s that aren't part of any clusters (there are 3 of these)
- - giant bee (id 0204) priority 1 (there only exist priority 0 and 1)
- - rocks (id 00B0) priorities: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
