  1. I'm slightly dumbfounded, but not entirely surprised. The government
  2. should be reviewing its existing computer misuse laws, which have
  3. overreaching implications even more problematic[1] than the CFAA in the
  4. USA before creating even more laws. This time it's for a threat that so
  5. far has only been seen in Hollywood movies and by governmental agencies
  6. themselves through the legally questionable interception of metadata to
  7. decide who to kill, as admitted by former NSA director Michael Hayden.
