  4. __
  5.
  6.
  7. +cabadejo __ People claiming to "know someone involved" has been with us from the beginning. However, I am saying that the *"Andrew Losehard Approach"* _is a new/novel innovation._
  8.
  9.
  10. >>>>> With this approach: *It is intended to reach those who are open minded but ultimately UNSURE.* <<<<<
  11.
  12. _____
  13.
  14. Those using the "Andrew Losehard Approach" (or "ALA") are seeking to reach those who are intelligent (can be reached via intelligence).
  15.
  16. But it requires ONE THING: You would have to believe they ARE who they claim to be.
  17.
  18. That is why "Andrew Winnard" has a YouTube channel. It's why there is a "Linked In" profile.
  19.
  20. Having those things ADDS to credibility and believability.
  21.
  22. The guy who wrote about the satellite data may not have had those things and he will be more easily rejected but "Andrew Winnard" went to a LOT of trouble to build up a "real person's" profile.
  23.
  24. And that is needed for the approach used.
  25.
  26. Because if we can just believe he is telling the truth about his job/occupation THEN we can believe everything he's saying.
  27.
  28. This is why it's important to know about this and to distinguish it from other claims (such as "knowing a victim").
  29.
  30. ______
  31.
  32. Many people who are focused on "conspiracy theories" would actually believe there is an "ISS".
  33.
  34. (Such a belief is unjustified etc. but this reply isn't about the merits of their belief.)
  35.
  36. The person knows there is a bright flash - and they have a "limit" on what they will doubt.
  37.
  38. People can easily doubt the "Boston Marathon Bombing" or "Sandy Hook". But people are less able to doubt the "ISS".
  39.
  40. ____
  41.
  42. Someone like "Andrew Winnard" can then seem VERY convincing to someone who isn't sure what to believe. If a person is "on the fence" and is trusting then they would fall for the "AL" approach.
  43.
  44. It is convincing BECAUSE the person has "direct experience in an industry which relies on the claim being real".
  45.
  46. It's a bit like saying "I design the packets of food that the astronauts eat from and I know it's real because we sell hundreds each year" (as an example).
  47.
  48. And that's the twist. That's the distinction.
  49.
  50. The claim "I know someone involved" is standard, easy and generic. Anyone can make that claim.
  51.
  52. But to say, _"Hey - of course this is real - I couldn't do MY JOB if it wasn't"_ is the distinction.
  53.
  54. That's a huge difference.
  55.
  56. In effect: _"It's real because if it wasn't my job wouldn't exist!"_
  57.
  58. And since "Andrew Winnard" is the first person I encountered who was using this approach I have named it after him (with a slight twist to his alleged surname).
  59.
  60. ____
  61.
  62. The form is this: *"It MUST be real because what I do every day AT WORK requires it to be real!".*
  63.
  64. or
  65.
  66. "I couldn't do my JOB if it wasn't real!"
  67.
  68. And so on.
  69.
  70. We can increasingly expect the people who use this approach to write fairly LONG and convincing sounding messages.
  71.
  72. I think "Andrew Winnard" was just the first - maybe a test run. We can expect to see more.
  73.
  74. ____
  75.
  76. The satellite guy gave is a variation: "My job is to PLOT the EARTH - and to do that I use DATA from satellites and the data it gives is SPHERICAL!"
  77.
  78. Therefore: if we believe that's what he does then the Earth MUST be spherical!
  79.
  80. (Which is why these people will increasingly have "real world" seeming profiles.)
  81.
  82. ____
  83.
  84. It goes a bit further than "I know someone involved".
  85.
  86. The person PRETENDS to have "specialised knowledge". But it's all BLUFF.
  87.
  88. (Notice that they won't get angry or upset - they will seem patient etc. Because that's a part of the strategy - it's an APPROACH.)
  89.
  90. ____
  91.
  92. We can expect to see more of this kind of thing because I have a feeling it will be successful on a lot of people.
  93.
  94. And we should recognise it for what it is and categorise it. It's the AL approach!
  95.
