[b]Lumi's tips for being Warrior![/b]

[*]Do not start a battle if your HP is below 8. You don't heal while in battle, and at that low you can get defeated by a common.[*]Do not battle an uncommon if you are below 15 HP if healthy or 20 HP if sick. You can select run if you find a monster you can't handle[*]I recommend using the Frozen Bone Shield as it gives you 100 extra HP, which you can refill while not playing[*]Have extra swords for when they break. Equip as many as you can[*]There is no shame in running the moment you realize you cannot defeat a certain monster. It's better to save your HP so you can fight again sooner.[*]You can change equipment while in the middle of battle, so if something breaks or is about to break, go ahead and replace it.[*]Don't worry about illness unless you're fighting rare or super rare monsters. You can still win common and uncommon battles while sick.[*]If you go below 20HP in your battles while using a higher tier shield, you can switch to a store-bought shield to conserve the better shield's durability

[b]Throw out your used items instead of repairing![/b]
I have discovered that it may [i]cost you more FC to repair an item than to use it up and repurchase or remake it[/i]. This is true for the store-bought items and for the Frozen Bone Shield. Here is the math:

[*]Store-bought sword or shield can be purchased for [u]72FC[/u][*]Store-bought can be repaired for 6 steel and 1FC per durability point (usually this will be 14). Steel is 10FC per piece, so you are really using 60FC + 14FC and this turns out to be [u]74FC[/u] in total! Just use up the sword, autosell your steel to make the FC back, and buy a totally new sword. As a bonus you get an extra durability point to use up (the last one!)
[*]Frozen Bone Shields can be created with 250FC, 2 Frozen Ribcages (20FC each), and 2 Icey Rocks from the store (95FC each).  250 + 2(20) + 2(95) = 250 + 40 + 190 = [u]480FC to create[/u] and they can be purchased in stalls for a similar price[*]Frozen Bone Shields take a whopping 60 steel to repair. that is 600FC at MINIMUM. depending on the durability it has left, it will cost 1-49 extra FC. On top of that, it takes [i]12 hours[/i] to repair as opposed to 1 hour to create. [u]601-649FC and 12 hours to repair.[/u]

For items that are much more difficult to produce, it may be worth it to repair, but for these items, it is absolutely not worth it. Use it up and buy another.
