	Firstly, I’d like to congratulate Randstad on getting their study on millennials featured in Fast Company.  I like to keep a pulse on my generation, and enjoyed the read.
 My name is Rand Diehl, and I am very interested in the software testing technician job I found on your website. I am finishing up an Associates in Systems Administration, and have goals of continuing into a Security Bachelors program if life permits.  I have been feverishly trying to break into the IT field, even though my area lacks the thriving technological culture that awards entry level applicants a good starting point. As you will see by my accompanying resume, I have some light experience in Quality Control.  I was very proud of the work I did for that employer, and loved that I was able to apply my passion for computers into tangible industry support. I hope we get a chance to speak further.
