One other point would be trying to focus on looking into the webcams a bit
centralizing it to make the viewers feel more connected
Shen definitely seemed to be running it.
He seems to have the most confidence so far
with his familiarity to the task, it will come more naturally to him
even if he has been the man behind the switches while someone else records (or whatver his job is with XM)
he will learn from their mistakes and already has a headstart on you guys

I felt your thoughts held the most consideration
As in, you chose your words better than they did
there was a fairly obvious feel to everyone
Shen was in control, just due to the fact that you could see him moving the segments
Cartboy and Nic were there to add flavor
But when you chime in, you seemed to be more calibrated in your responses
It is still early in the podcast though
and with time and repetition comes confidence
So Cart and Nic will become more comfortable and confident
And I promise, I am not here to toot anyones horn
So check yourself before you wreck yourself :smile:
If I had to guess though, I would know which one of you interfaces with the public on a regular basis

Shen is the wildcard with comfor though, because of his job.
Cart did a good job, but he did get tripped up a bit, which, comes with the experience
local news people trip up ALL THE TIME, so not a bad thing
I personally stumble on my tongue, a lot.
Nic was just separated a bit because of being the 1 off without webcam
which probably added to his confidence
knowing you are only being heard, as opposed to being heard and seen, changes things
All in all though, I think you guys all did a great job for first time live podcast.
It could definitely all have been narrowed down in time spent on a subject but that comes from experience and understanding which you guys learned a lot tonight, i already know that
