  1. The Action Gauge
  2. * Instead of the normal means of combat, everyone's actions will be tracked along an Action Gauge.
  3. * The Action Gauge has 100 'ticks' to a round; the end of a round is when effects happen (i.e. Burn or Poison Damage, rolling to cure Sleep or Confusion, etc.)
  4. * There is no PP; you can use moves as much or as little as you like (as in, yes, you can spam that cool move you have on your Bone Scimitar that turns people into piles of bones). However, moves with "lower" PP (Center < Battle < EOT < At-Will) require you to wait longer before you perform your next action. This makes it possible that you may be able to act multiple times before your foe even attacks once.

  6. Commands and Trainer Actions
  7. * Between yourself and your Pokemon, you may have up to four active participants in combat. Normally, you get three actions in a round, so if Dual Wielding is active and you have two Pokemon out, both you and they will act at their normal speeds. If you have all four slots used, though, your Pokemon will take longer to act. Conversely, though, if you are only using one Pokemon, dependant upon if Multitasking or Dual Wielding is active (you choose which is active at the start of each round), if Dual Wielding is active, your Pokemon will act twice as fast, and if Multitasking is active, you will act twice as fast.
