  1. Google has detected that your site may be showing different pages to users from those that are shown to Google. For example, users visiting from specific browsers, devices, or IP ranges may be redirected in ways that violate our quality guidelines. Cloaking and sneaky redirects are violations of Google's Webmaster Guidelines. As a result of your site using cloaking and/or sneaky redirects, Google has applied a manual spam action to http://domain.com/. There may be other actions on your site or parts of your site.

  3. Use the Fetch As Google tool in Webmaster Tools to check if Google is seeing the same content that users see.
  4. Correct or remove pages that may be cloaking or deceptively redirecting users visiting your site from specific devices, devices or IP ranges.
  5. For an updated list of manual actions currently applied to your site, visit the Manual Actions page. If no manual actions are listed, there is no longer a need to file a reconsideration request.
  6. Submit a reconsideration request when you're satisfied your site follows Google's Webmaster Guidelines. Once we determine your site is no longer in violation of the guidelines, we'll revoke the manual action.
  7. If we determine your site is no longer in violation of our guidelines, we'll revoke the manual action.
