Stupid Lizard with a stupid face has a stupid backstory

Blushes-In-Shadows:

Blushes-In-Shadows is a young and, simple minded, argonian. She was born in Windhelm, her parents are dock workers in the town. Growing up for Blushes was her, she was mainly clueless to the world around her and needed constant attention. While being simple minded she is very affectionate, loyal and agile. Around the age of 8 or so, her parents would watch her less and less, trying to help her develop some understandings of the world. One night she wandered off and snuck into the city. While in the city she saw a man dressed in all black enter a house. She followed said man and waited outside. When the man came back out he was suddenly assaulted to a hug on the leg by the little lizard. He patted her head and went on his way, little did he know Blushes was following him. The man tried to shoo her away, but the lizards affection was too much. He believed the child was an orphan and took him with her back to the Dark Brotherhoods sanctuary. The man, Augusutus, raised Blushes as an assassin, well the best he could. He knew she was, simple, and looked after her. Augustus love for Blushes was only matched to his dedication to Sithis and the Night Mother. He knew he’d have to send Blushes on jobs if the Night Mother requested. This soon lead to an amazing discovery. Blushes overly-effectionate nature lead to her targets dying of accidents. Be it falling off a rock, slipping off ladders or even running into a stray arrow. Blushes was always uneffected by this and once the person she showed effection to died, she moved on. Augustus was amazed and guarded her lucky secret. If it was let slip that Blushes never actually killed her targets he wouldnt know how the others would react.

One day Augustus was given orders by the Night Mother to send an assassin to meet an angry old nord in a cave called Paar Haffkin. He sent Blushes thinking this man being old wouldnt put up much a fight if he tried to hurt her. Blushes met the man named Harek, who gave Blushes the job to kill the nord mercenary Snakestone who killed his son and gang months ago. Blushes accepted this contract with glee and followed Snakestone around, they had 3 encounters and each time Snakestone got away. Blushes never had anyone survive and her affection soon turned into annoyance. After the 3rd and failed attempt she went to meet Harek in his cave due to a storm. While in the cave she was brutally assaulted by Harek for her failure and was threatened with murder if she ever came back. She passed out from the assault and Harek tossed her body into the river thinking she died.

Blushes was eventually found by an imperial hunter who took her back to his camp and let her rest. When she came too she was given some clothes and gold from the hunter and headed to Whiterun. Blushes knew she couldnt go back to the Brotherhood, in her mind she failed them and failed Augustus. She bought some new armor and headed to Solitude since it was the farthest she could get in Skyrim from the Dark Brotherhood. While in Solitude she tried to get a job at the Winking Skeever but was denied. In desperation she ran into a small Breton merchant looking for a maid for his resturant/bar. Blushes begged for the job and was given it. In her mind she was gonna be a body guard for her new “best friend”. She spends her time now happily working for Ada and trying to protect him with her life. Ada is too Blushes what Augustus was, her friend who would take care of her. All the while Augustus uses all his power as the Listener in the Brotherhood to find Blushes, fearing the worst.

Some random facts about Blushes-In-Shadows:

- No concept of embrassement, shes been know to strip in the middle of a store to put on new clothes/armor she bought.

- No concept of sex, despite being very affectionate and easily smitten she doesnt equate love to sex. She just wants to give and recive love, she has no clue what sex is.

- She has never killed a living thing. All her targets have died to accidents, and the dead dock worked she used as a trap to get Snakestones attention was already dead when she found him.

- Clueless to the fact that people she got crushes on died. Unsure if this is a curse form the gods or a gift from the daedra but Blushes is utterly clueless to the concept of death and that those people died. She just thinks they’re sleeping.
