First of all, I was not sure where to post this or who to send a PM to, so my apologies if this is not the right solution, I have looked around on the forums a bit and found your profile under "Account problems", and thought it would go with this..
My problem is that I haven't played cRPG for a while, and I'm new to the 'free heirlom item system', seeing as I have not played for a while.
Now, what I did was look at the marketplace to get myself some heirloom points and gold, by trading, and decided to exchange my Masterwork War Spear into a Mighty Poleaxe. I had checked the "requests I can fulfill" before, and was under the impression that trading those heirloom items were possible. However, when I proceeded, I found out that it is impossible to trade those free items. The character I did this on was "Pursua"
Personally, I'm not much of a polearm fan and have no use of this, and had I known it is untradeable I would ofcourse never have done this. I am asking if it is possible for this silly action to be reverted, for I did not know much about the whole system, or if I'll just have to go with the mistake?
