DON'T DO THIS

Skills: TOTAL skill from ability + skill + advantage cannot exceed 20. This in turn applies to abilities themselves by association.

Attack Bonus and Effect: Total of attack bonus and effect rank can't exceed 20. If an effect allows a resistance check but doesn't have an attack check, it still can't exceed 20.  This is talking about mainly stuff like to hit and damage, right?

Dodge and Toughness: Your dodge and toughness added together can't exceed 20.

Parry and Toughness: Same as above.

Fort and Will: These added together can't exceed 20.

BASICALLY DON'T EXCEED 20. Some of these things are capped at power level + 10, others are twice power level, which is the same thing at PL 10. Just keep in mind how this changes if we improve PL.
