― PERSONALITY ; chunhwa was never sure why she was leader. a lot of the time she doesn't feel fit and feels lesser of the other leaders. she's treated like a baby a lot despite being leader, though she doesn't actually mind. she can be a very mature person, but also a very shy one. she has the right mindset and morals, she knows how to be responsible. she just doesn't know how to show it or put it into action. chunhwa is someone very awkward and delicate, she's always conflicted on the inside on how to act or what to say. she just doesn't know what to do so that she doesn't make a fool of herself. a lot of people say this adds to her cuteness. it's true that she gets told often to not worry and be herself, that she's a sweetheart and it'll show. however, she's just always worried she won't make a good impression. she talks in a soft voice so no one hears her mess up and she won't get embarrassed, even if she does pride herself on being bilingual. she doesn't like to sing acapella and will probably laugh halfway through. just all things that make a person self-conscious is basically chunhwa's life. it's quite shocking that she auditioned to be an idol, it was the boldest thing she's ever done in her life. she's a very sweet and lively girl, but no one except her members know this. she's not good at making friends or even talking to staff. she's extremely respectful to others but won't say anything more than needed. she even struggles to talk to her sunbaes. it's quite a shame that she's not able to make any other friends. she's a very smiley girl and tells cute jokes, but not many get to experience this with her. plus since she has limited friends and struggles to get more, she often clings to the ones she has. her members often tell her she was appointed leader due to her hidden charm and that they wanted to push her out of her shell. she never thinks it'll happen, but it gives her slight hope. it's not that she's a bad leader, she just feels someone else could do better. she knows how to take care of her girls and lead them. her lack of confidence is what gets in the way.
