- [4:57 PM] Maze-Senpai: After the last entrant had been in the maze for a while, the door receded and it opened itself to allow another. There was no sign of the last one in, your gut told you not to enter, but you entered anyways. The door slammed shut behind you, sealing you off from the rest of the party. It was just you and the rough stone walls now. The entire maze kept blinking red, like a warning or alarm was going off, it gave you a sense of urgency. Before you was a short hall way ending in a right turn. Your only real option was to follow it.
- [4:57 PM] Maze-Senpai: Eon finds that the narrow corridors of the maze are a bit too narrow for his majestic body
- [4:58 PM] Maze-Senpai: Further, it seems his floating is too magical for the maze, meaning he had to crawl along the ground
- [4:59 PM] Maze-Senpai: It would have been rather demeaning, but he was able to hide it while everyone else went through, meaning that only Tesla and Chronos saw this embarassment(edited)
- [5:10 PM] Eon: Well this is a bit awkward
- [5:11 PM] Eon: Oh well, lets follow the hallway to the end
- [5:14 PM] Maze-Senpai: The hallway leads to a choice between right and left. On the right is a hallway which leads to a left turn. The left option leads to what appears to be a demolished wall and a choice of several paths
- [5:14 PM] Eon: Hmm, lets try the left shall we
- [5:16 PM] Maze-Senpai: The left path initially leads to a right turn, but this leads to a dead end. Past this is the demolished wall, which leads to three paths. On the left is a single path which turns to leads back towards the maze entrance. On the right are two paths leading forward http://prntscr.com/ecx79f (Red arrow is you inside the destroyed wall space)
- Lightshot
- Screenshot
- [5:17 PM] Eon: lets go down the right way to the middleish path
- [5:17 PM] Eon: ((the first one on the right))
- [5:20 PM] Maze-Senpai: This path leads through a hall-shaped hole in what appears to have once been a collapsed section of ceiling to a room painted in bright blue. Before this collapse there was also a short path on the left which led to a larger room(edited)
- [5:20 PM] Eon: is the left path non-accessable from here?
- [5:20 PM] Maze-Senpai: Nah, you can get there just fine
- [5:21 PM] Maze-Senpai: The hall goes path>collapsed section>blue room
- [5:21 PM] Maze-Senpai: Just you see the blue room first
- [5:21 PM] Eon: so the blue room is like further ahead?
- [5:22 PM] Maze-Senpai: Yes
- [5:22 PM] Eon: noted
- [5:22 PM] Eon: lets check the left path
- [5:23 PM] Maze-Senpai: The larger room is inhabited by a strange, spiked creature which floats back and forth across the length of the room. There's a section of the ceiling that's collapsed as well as some debris scattered about. A path on the far end of the room leads deeper into the maze
- [5:24 PM] Maze-Senpai: http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/kirby/images/b/ba/GordoDeluxe.png/revision/latest?cb=20140501151148&path-prefix=en
- [5:24 PM] Eon: lels
- [5:24 PM] Eon: is it going from
- [5:24 PM] Eon: the forward and back position relative to me
- [5:24 PM] Eon: or left to right
- [5:24 PM] Maze-Senpai: Left to right
- [5:25 PM] Eon: hmm
- [5:25 PM] Eon: can the debris be moved?
- [5:25 PM] Maze-Senpai: Sure, it's mostly jsut small pieces of stone lying around on the ground
- [5:25 PM] Eon: alright then
- [5:25 PM] Eon: what side is the far path on?
- [5:26 PM] Maze-Senpai: It's forward and exits to the right, the entrance you came through is on the left and enters from the bottom
- [5:26 PM] Eon: alright
- [5:27 PM] Eon: and gordo is top left going right to left?
- [5:27 PM] Eon: er
- [5:27 PM] Eon: far left i suppose?
- [5:27 PM] Maze-Senpai: The Gordo is bottom left to bottom right and back
- [5:27 PM] Eon: ah ok
- [5:27 PM] Eon: so its not on the same row as the far right path?
- [5:28 PM] Maze-Senpai: Nope
- [5:28 PM] Maze-Senpai: Otherwise it might float out, lel
- [5:28 PM] Eon: lel
- [5:28 PM] Eon: which area is the collapsed ceiling
- [5:28 PM] Eon: just so I dont lock myself in with the gordo
- [5:28 PM] Maze-Senpai: It's it the top middle
- [5:29 PM] Eon: hmm
- [5:29 PM] Eon: how wide is the area?
- [5:29 PM] Maze-Senpai: The room is 2x3
- [5:29 PM] Eon: noted
- [5:30 PM] Eon: is it possible to gather enough debris to push the gordo to the top left?
- [5:30 PM] Maze-Senpai: What do you mean, gather debris?
- [5:31 PM] Eon: ah, most of it is just small stones and such
- [5:31 PM] Maze-Senpai: Yes
- [5:31 PM] Eon: hmm
- [5:31 PM] Eon: can I go back out and into the blue room?
- [5:31 PM] Maze-Senpai: Yeh
- [5:32 PM] Eon: noted, and as a last question, I take it that the gordo takes up the entirety of a space?
- [5:32 PM] Maze-Senpai: uh, no, it's not quite that big. However Eon is too big to sneak past through the same space as one
- [5:33 PM] Eon: figured
- [5:33 PM] Eon: welp, time to head back to the blue room
- [5:34 PM] Maze-Senpai: Entering the blue room doesn't seem to do anything tangible, but Eon feels a strange sense of accomplishment trying to enroach upon his mind (and failing because he's a smart and cosmic being but he still knows it was there)
- [5:35 PM] Eon: is there anything in the blue room
- [5:35 PM] Maze-Senpai: Nope, just blue walls
- [5:35 PM] Eon: hmm
- [5:35 PM] Eon: how sturdy are the walls
- [5:35 PM] Eon: incidentally
- [5:36 PM] Maze-Senpai: Too sturdy for you to break
- [5:36 PM] Eon: noted
- [5:36 PM] Eon: hmm
- [5:36 PM] Eon: tempted to ask about this sense of accomplishment
- [5:36 PM] Maze-Senpai: It just makes you feel it, there's no evidence to what it's about(edited)
- [5:36 PM] Eon: ah
- [5:36 PM] Eon: lets
- [5:37 PM] Eon: go back to the gordo room then
- [5:37 PM] Maze-Senpai: Alright
- [5:37 PM] Eon: gordo still doing gordo things?
- [5:37 PM] Maze-Senpai: Yup
- [5:38 PM] Eon: same direction?
- [5:38 PM] Maze-Senpai: Yup
- [5:38 PM] Eon: nothing about the room changed?
- [5:38 PM] Maze-Senpai: Nope
- [5:38 PM] Eon: some sense of accomplishment(edited)
- [5:39 PM] Maze-Senpai: The red blinking accelerates, indicated further urgency
- [5:39 PM] Eon: oh boyo
- [5:40 PM] Eon: well since I dont seem to have anything for the gordo, lets back out of there and take that one far right path from earlier
- [5:40 PM] Eon: aka from http://image.prntscr.com/image/f473ae578bb241d48777f777a73cd6e2.png
- [5:40 PM] Eon: well
- [5:40 PM] Eon: technically
- [5:40 PM] Eon: it would be my left now
- [5:40 PM] Maze-Senpai: No, leave it as right, it's less confusing-ish
- [5:40 PM] Eon: is it(edited)
- [5:41 PM] Maze-Senpai: This path leads to a corridor which ends in a right turn
- [5:41 PM] Eon: follow it through the turn
- [5:44 PM] Maze-Senpai: The turn proves to be a small crosspath which leads to a long hallway. down the right there appears to be another dead end through a demolished wall. On the left there's another collapse. A Gordo floats back and forth down the hall, staring blankly and emotionlessly at Eon as it floats past
- [5:44 PM] Eon: hmm
- [5:45 PM] Eon: and I take it collapsed ceilings are impossible to do things with?
- [5:45 PM] Maze-Senpai: Not impossible, considering you've run into hall-shaped holes in some of them
- [5:45 PM] Eon: hmm
- [5:46 PM] Eon: what happens if I get stuck between a ceiling and a gordo
- [5:46 PM] Maze-Senpai: The Gordo pokes you and then leaves you alone for a while because I'm not enough of a jerk to have it come back every post and rapid fire murder you
- [5:46 PM] Eon: how many pokes till death?
- [5:47 PM] Maze-Senpai: Several
- [5:47 PM] Eon: noted
- [5:47 PM] Eon: lets investigate left as the gordo begins its treck right
- [5:48 PM] Maze-Senpai: Eon heads to the left and reaches the collapse which he finds has utterly blocked his way any further, causing this to be a dead end
- [5:48 PM] Eon: ooooooof course
- [5:48 PM] Eon: welp time to rush back to the one entrance
- [5:48 PM] Maze-Senpai: Which one?
- [5:49 PM] Eon: the one I came from
- [5:49 PM] Maze-Senpai: Okay, just back to the crosspath
- [5:49 PM] Eon: ye
- [5:49 PM] Maze-Senpai: Eon safely makes it back
- [5:49 PM] Eon: noice
- [5:49 PM] Maze-Senpai: The Gordo floats by again, staring at him again with its cold, empty eyes
- [5:50 PM] Eon: as a secondary question, if i try to go past a gordo on its tile, will I take a poke and be unable to pass or will I manage to pass
- [5:50 PM] Maze-Senpai: You'll get past, just take a hit
- [5:50 PM] Eon: oh ok then
- [5:50 PM] Eon: back to the gordo room of old then
- [5:50 PM] Eon: that was far more sidetracking then probs necessary rip(edited)
- [5:51 PM] Maze-Senpai: Eon reaches the large room just fine, the Gordo in that room also stares at him blankly
- [5:51 PM] Eon: as it goes from right to left, eon tries to go past it through to the right path, taking a poke
- [5:54 PM] Maze-Senpai: The Gordo pokes Eon in his stellar, majectic dragon chest and bounces off, floating back the way it came as Eon rushes past, reaching the path deeper. This path was rather long and ended in a small alcove. Just before said alcove was an offshoot in the right wall
- [5:54 PM] Eon: go through the right
- [5:55 PM] Maze-Senpai: This turns out to be a small crosspath which leads to another long hall leading to the right. The wall to the left is covered in cracks. The path leads past another Gordo which is moving repidly in and out of an alcove
- [5:55 PM] Maze-Senpai: The red blinking accelerates again
- [5:56 PM] Eon: smash through left wall?
- [5:56 PM] Maze-Senpai: The wall does not accept your smashing
- [5:56 PM] Eon: rude
- [5:56 PM] Maze-Senpai: The wall thinks trying to smash it is rude
- [5:57 PM] Eon: is this left wall like directly left or forward left
- [5:57 PM] Maze-Senpai: It's out of the crosspath, the end of the hallway that leads past Hyperspeed Gordo that you just entered(edited)
- [5:58 PM] Eon: ah so its the left end
- [5:58 PM] Eon: can hyperspeed gordo be rushed past?
- [5:58 PM] Maze-Senpai: Yes
- [5:59 PM] Maze-Senpai: Might hurt tho
- [5:59 PM] Eon: kill hurt or 2 pokes hurt
- [5:59 PM] Maze-Senpai: 2 pokes hurt
- [6:00 PM] Maze-Senpai: (Well, 133% chance pokes)
- [6:00 PM] Eon: but it wouldnt kill me?
- [6:00 PM] Maze-Senpai: Nah
- [6:00 PM] Eon: k den, we rush through being fastest snek dragon UN
- [6:00 PM] Eon: this on the right side right?
- [6:02 PM] Maze-Senpai: Eon rushes past at high speed (yes), Hyperspeed Gordo smacks him in his majestic snek dragon-buttox. The path leads to a left turn
- [6:02 PM] Eon: GO WEST!!! (aka left))
- [6:02 PM] Maze-Senpai: This left hall leads to yet another left
- [6:03 PM] Eon: GO WEST!!
- [6:03 PM] Maze-Senpai: This left leads to a longer hall which has a short left-right zig-zag before ending in a dark purple wall(edited)
- [6:03 PM] Eon: oh
- [6:03 PM] Eon: go over to the purple wall
- [6:04 PM] Maze-Senpai: The wall covers the entire height of the hall
- [6:04 PM] Maze-Senpai: However
- [6:04 PM] Maze-Senpai: Eon does notice a strange message scrawled on the ceiling by the wall
- [6:04 PM] Maze-Senpai: (I'm assuming Eon can read poorly written Latin?)
- [6:04 PM] Eon: ye
- [6:05 PM] Maze-Senpai: The message, written in very messy handwriting reads, "Tell Chronos that Watcher says hello"
- [6:06 PM] Eon: pffffft
- [6:06 PM] Maze-Senpai: The red blinking accelerates to maddening speeds
- [6:06 PM] Eon: Will do
- [6:06 PM] Eon: can I interact further with the purple wall?
- [6:06 PM] Maze-Senpai: Nope, the wall doesn't respond to anything Eon does
- [6:07 PM] Eon: anything nearby?
- [6:07 PM] Maze-Senpai: Just hallway
- [6:07 PM] Eon: well then
- [6:07 PM] Eon: all this way for a quality message
- [6:07 PM] Eon: 10/10
- [6:08 PM] Eon: hmm
- [6:08 PM] Eon: about how many pokes can I take before it becomes a problem?
- [6:08 PM] Maze-Senpai: Several
- [6:09 PM] Eon: k den, probs going to go back to that one area with the cracked wall
- [6:09 PM] Eon: probs wave to the gordo on my way
- [6:10 PM] Maze-Senpai: Before Eon can get his ass penetrated again, the blinking stops and the enter maze goes solid red. Eon finmds himself transporter to a comfortable lounge with several couches and chairs and a table full of fresh food from various universes. Also he can float again
