Helo, we just started to use your system and found this microsoft blacklist issue. And not one of my clients is about to cancel my contract after almost 10 years.

We already sent an email to that address to delist that IP, but didn't get any news.

As I said before, we're not who caused this issue, check your exim logs and u'll see that there's no activity until monday morning. And now we're getting serious problems.

Well, one more time, I ask you to please provide help.
