By using Nebulite’s ("Nebulite", "our", "us" or "we") products and services, you ("you", "your", "Client" or "Customer") agree to comply with our policies. Nebulite reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate any service provided with or without a refund or notice or warning for any reason. Nebulite also reserves the right to change or modify the Terms of Service at any time without client notification. If a client does not agree to the changes of the Terms of Service their service will be terminated.

Liability Limitation and Exclusion

Nebulite, under no circumstances, shall be held liable for any data loss, disruption of information, or distribution of information including that of unauthorized access to our server systems or any other loss of data.

Refunds

Refunds are eligible within 24 hours of the creation of the order in our system. This is not marked by your payment processor and may vary to our system. Refunds are not given for Dedicated servers or Domains under any circumstances.

Support

Any support requests required for products from Nebulite shall be submitted through the billing system via tickets located at https://Nebulite.com/billing. Any other form of contact is not guaranteed an official response and cannot be held responsible.

Termination

We reserve all rights to terminate your service upon any violation of these terms of service or for any other base if deemed needed and appropriate by us. Termination of your server before the end of your billing period does not qualify you to any kind of refund.

Cancellations

To terminate your services with us you must cancel any existing subscriptions with your payment processor and via our billing system located at https://Nebulite.com/billing. Any further payments made due to failure to cancel are not eligible for refund.

Once cancelled, payments are not eligible for reimbursement
