Name Yourself a 1 character name and name your rival any of the preset names

Pick Bulbasaur

NOTE:
You need to make sure bulbasaur learns leech seed. This means he must hit level 7. If your bulbasaur defeats a wild Pokemon level 2-4 (except metapod/ratatta/kakuna) you will reach level 8 after the weedle fight, skipping leech seed. if you kill a wild Pokemon level 4+ before the weedle fight you will gain enough experience to reach level 7 before the fight and will gain leech seed. You will then hit level 8 after the fight. I suggest not fighting any wild Pokemon unless they are level 4, but you do need to hit level 8 at some point before Brock skip

Pickup the Potion and Antidote in the forest

At some Point Swap Growl to slot 3 and Tackle to slot 2

Make sure you are Level 8 and Have 16 tackle PP and 36 Growl PP when you go to Pewter City.

Do the Brock skip Glitch and when you reload the game walk right until the NPC that walks you to brock disappears off the screen

Walk back to the NPC and Open your menu

Click on pokemon (to load Bulbasaur into memory) and talk to the NPC (from the right side)

Hold Right after talking with the NPC

If you did everything right you will begin moving to the right before the NPC takes you to Brock's gym! You can now walk through walls!

Walk Carefully to Safferon City (you may need to practice this part as walking some places crashes the game)

Enter the Safferon Center and Heal

Go to Celedon through the Guard House

Get the Coin Case

Get 20 Coins from the 1st guy in the Casino on the left and 100 from the ground (Straight ahead from the entrance just before the Wall)

Buy Abra

Go to the Mart

Buy 1 Fresh Water, Get Counter, 1 TM32, and 1 TM33

(Basically have 7 Items here including a water the 7 items dont really matter)

Exit the mart and teleport

Enter the Center and deposit bulbasaur

DEPOSIT THE WATER INTO THE PC

Exit the Center and go through the South Exit of Saffron (towards Vermilion)

Setup a trainerfly and Walk to the Dojo.

Fight the 1st guy in there (MAKE SURE HE WALKS TO YOU) and lose

Menu flash and walk back to the route you setup a tfly on

Run from Missingno and setup another tfly (Toss 2 of your duped item in this menu)

Enter the Pokemon Center immediatly after teleporting and withdraw your Fresh Water

Go back to the Dojo and lose to the same trainer as before

Menu Flash and fight the missingno

Run away and setup underflow (Swap the Stack of 255 items to slot 2 of your bag and toss the Top item over and over again)

Enter the guard house and aquire item underflow when the guard takes your water

Warp to the end of the game (Swap an item with Quantity 118 with the stack of 17 masterballs)

NOTE: You can always safely toss 138 of the Ultraballs located 4 slots above the masterball stack to warp to the credits, but there is usually a better item to toss.
