300 Mbps with 5100 AGN and TL-WR1043ND DD-WRT

Goal
Connect Intel 5100 AGN WiFi card to TP-LINK TL-WR1043ND router running DD-WRT v24-sp2 at 802.11n 300 Mbps speed.

Intel 5100 AGN Settings:
- use only WPA2 AES
- allow 802.11n
- enable WMM
- set channel width to 40 MHz or auto

TP-LINK TL-WR1043ND Settings:
- install DD-WRT v24-sp2 (14896)
