Bio: Restro is wealthy man from Nelestia's capital, Magecrown, a figure known for his eccentric tastes, unusual behavior and peculiar appearance. While previously conducting his family's business along with his siblings, Restro chose to step down from the usual luxury to seek something more thrilling to keep himself busy with. His interest in expanding his horizons led to him taking part in the Kingdom's diplomatic side, slowly climbing the ranks after proving to be capable of assisting in the interactions between the other Kingdoms. Turns out a masked man with a positive attitude can be an effective tool to make negotiations and discussions less intense. The man that was now referred as 'Masked Diplomat' gained enough respect to be tested and sent out of the capital to deal with both minor and major discussions on the nearest cities of the Kingdom to see how well he would be able to handle dealing with folks he never interacted with before and if he would be willing to travel as well. Turns out Restros' interest went above what was offered, as he desired to also take up arms and become part of the Kingdom's force; both for diplomacy and combat. After all, that desire for thrill he had going wasn't truly satisfied yet, as interesting as this new career was.

An agreement was reached, with Restro receiving proper combat training and a pegasus to be able to properly travel long distances by himself, in exchange he would start working on Nelestia's borders. Both to directly greet and deal with people from the territories they had borders with and to deliver messages between the nearest cities, replacing their previous unarmed messenger. At that point Restro went from 'Masked Diplomat' to 'Masked Rider' due to his new function being less focused entirely on diplomatic meetings and more about delivering important messages to the representatives of certain important families and cities. His presence on the border between Nelestia and Hestia turned out to be a role a lot more important than expected due to unfortunate circumstances with trouble occurring at the southern border. Due to the necessity of delivering this urgent message as soon as possible, Restro was sent out alone to encounter a prince from Hestia.[/spoiler]
