Technique:
Flesh of the Elements – The Tamori have learned to distill the essence of magic and contain it within concoctions or objects for later use. You may expend one spell slot to store a spell you know that has the Area of Effect “one target person” or “one target creature” in a potion, to be activated later. This stored spell may be activated instantly by anyone holding the potion by expending a Simple Action to drink it or a Complex Action to throw it (depending upon the spell’s target), using Athletics (Throwing) / Agility. Spells stored in this manner may be stored indefinitely, but count against your spell slots per day for each day that they continue to await activation.
Creating a potion in this manner requires a number of hours equal to the stored spell’s Mastery Level. You also gain a Free Raise on any spell with the Craft keyword

BACKSTORY:
Born to a more ascetic branch of the Tamori family, Seiko has spent much of her life in the seclusion of the mountains the Dragon call home, meditating, praying, and learning the alchemy of her family. From an early age, she's metaphorically devoured all of the information on the subject that her immediate family, and then her sensei, have provided, and left wanting more. This was also done to stave off a curse by the realm of Meido, which causes Seiko to lapse into a trance when not occupied with activity. They provided when they could, but in her home in the mountains, getting new things reliably is quite the chore. In addition, the monastery of her home also served as a repository for all of the scrolls of dark magic the Dragon have accumulated over the years. The nature of Seiko's line as a more ascetic samurai helps to ensure that, while they learn of the Maho, they will not be tempted by its false promises of power and glory. In this way, they can lend aid to the Maho-hunting families of the other clans while keeping the knowledge where it is safe.

Seiko is a young shugenja of the Dragon clan, still trying to find her path in the world. Her family's emphasis on asceticism provided a blank slate for her to work with in finding this path, but also has given her no help in determining it either. As a result, a scant two years after her Gempukku, she departed down the mountain, to the lands below to find her way. She started in the small peasant villages at the foot of the mountains, healing and providing spiritual guidance to the peasants. It was fulfilling work, but she felt like there was so much more to find. She then tried to assist a local militia in ridding the countryside of bandits. While she had some talent with the Han-Kyu bow she brought for self-defense, it was not a path she wanted to continue either. That was when she met Seppun Genpaku. Knowing that serving as a Yoriki for an Emerald Magistrate would both bring honor to her family, make use of her skills and knowledge learned in the mountains, and let her experience many things to find her path from, she accepted his offer readily, and joined in his service.

Physical Appearance: She is fairly average in appearance, with no major markings or exceptional beauty to note. She has long black hair, brown eyes, and is about 5'2" tall. She wears a plain, green kimono with the Dragon and Tamori mon.
