  1. Disable Eyefinity groups, Crossfire, if enabled
  2. Optional - Enter Device Manager: Uninstall Display Adapters and check box for 'Delete Device Driver'
  3. Add/Remove Programs: Remove currently installed Application Profile updates (if installed)
  4. Uninstall CCC and Display Driver, using Catalyst Install Manager Custom mode (Don't express uninstall if you have an AMD Chipset)
  5. Reboot into safe mode
  6. Run Driver Sweeper for ATI Display Drivers, don't reboot.
  7. Run CCleaner for Registry - run Analyze and only select ATI entries for removal.
  8. Delete the following folders (applies to Vista/7)
  9. SystemDrive:\ProgramData\ATI
  10. SystemDrive:\Users\username\AppData\Local\ATI
  11. SystemDrive:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\ATI
  12. Reboot to desktop, run Express install on desired Catalyst driver & reboot if prompted.
  13. Install the latest Catalyst Application Profile.
  14. Re-enable Crossfire; re-create Eyefinity groups; Overdrive/CCC Profiles
  15. Enjoy!
