- In order to investigate this problem we will need more information from the owner of the server. If you could please ask him to run a WinMTR log for 100 packets and send us the results as a reply to this ticket, we will be able to trace the problem. There does not appear to be an issue from what I can see at our end, but with further information we should be able to see the problem
