Ann: Are you still a hacker?

DH: No. I've renounced my evil ways, hahaha. Seriously, now, you know I was younger and dumber, and it's like being addicted to drugs or alcohol. I'm glad I'm no longer into smoking or cracking accounts, now.

Ann: How did you become a hacker?

DH: Well, I had practically no education, I left school at a pretty early age. I think, it was all a matter of chance. I was on a bodybuilding forum for dumb teenagers, and there were shady things going about two moronic gurus, but nasty guys, whose names were Frederic Delavier and Michael Gundill. Once a friend of mine told me they were menacing him just for questioning their methods, ridiculous. But it was very intimidating, so I decided to read their PMs. It took me some time, but then I managed to do it, and it was the start of it all. To defend a good guy against two Internet bullies.

Ann: And did you find anything, for example that they are nazis, as you told me before?

DH: No, they were not open about it back then, even in their PM's. They sure were racist, but not clearly nazi. Their "Hitler-was-right" stance is much more recent, and dates back to their joining with Swiss-French nazi and antisemite Alain Soral. No, back then I came up with something different.

Ann: Which was?

DH: Er, they were setting up a secret cabal against a great guy whose name was Jean Texier. They were so full of hate toward Texier that it was unbelievable. The hate... They wanted to get him fired from the journal he had created and popularized, Le Monde du Muscle, they wanted to deter all Parisian publisher for accepting his books... And the reason for that hate was that Jean Texier was a respected authority, while they looked like clowns by comparison, so they were dead jealous of him. Texier was a former champion; they were not. Texier was a respected intellectual; they can barely write their own name... Well, you know, so they decided to make him go through a living hell, and it worked. By the end, it was clear that Jean Texier's health had greatly deteriorated. I talked to him once and he sounded depressed and desperate. It was clear that he couldn't take the pressure any longer. Many of us are still convinced that this harrassment, this cowardly bullying made him die prematurately.

Ann: Gosh. This is absolutely revolting.

DH: They are revolting, that's correct.

Ann: You still have proof of this?

DH: Oh, yes. I've got it all. The screen snaps and everything. I will perhaps use them one day.

Ann: When did you join Anonymous?

DH: I got into Anonymous because I was an antifa hacktivist, which I am no longer either because of the irreconciliable contradictions whithin this political camp. But racism and exploitation were intolerable to me, and still are. Back then, I thought I could make a difference. But retrospectively I don't know whether I have really helped advance any good cause at all. At least I have never harmed anybody...

Ann: You never stole any money?

DH: No, for fuck's sake, no. I had to take care of my mother, and I didn't want to go to prison for something so stupid as hacking a bank or something like that.

DH: I work as an accountant.
