Very well, let's go over the specifics of your application and what led up to your denial.

Lack of effort was pointed out due to the fact that your application was lacking it. As far as I was concerned, I just saw repetitive explanations in your answers which made me think that you aren't really taking this as seriously as you should.

Understanding English and being able to speak it are two different things. Let's go over a few examples in your application.

"The goal is to reduce criminality , Reduce the fear of crime from citizens and catch the people who break the law."

To begin with, grammar. I'm sure you can see that yourself. Secondly "reduce the fear of crime from citizens" means that you're saying that people should be less scared of criminal acts. Which is not what we are here to do.

"It's the job from the department to answer calls from citizens when they need help. It's the officers job to respond to that call as fast as possible. As a cop it's importand to keep the city calm. The citizens should see the Police as someone who wants to help them. Not as someone who likes to give tickets."

The wording of this entire reasoning is childish. "They need to do this because of that. And that. Also that. Maybe this too. Oh and that." Yet again, the grammar on this one. And the final part. "Not as someone who likes to give them tickets." As police officers, we are not asked whether or not we like giving tickets. It is the law and we are required to.

"Because I think I'm a nice loyal guy."

Well you really bought me there.

"Because I think I'm a nice loyal guy. I'm very helpfull to people. I like helping people in general. I'm a fast learner and a hard worker. I like working hard. I love the work what the Los Santos Police Department is doing. I really admire the work. It would be so nice if I could be a part of that team. I can be a great part of the team, because I love the work and working in a team is no problem for me."

Read what you said. Could I take someone seriously with that? "I'm a hard worker. I like working hard. I like that the LSPD is working hard. I can work hard." That's pretty much what I'm reading from here. Not really appealing from an applicant.

"My driving skills are really good. I can handle high speeds in chases. That is no problem for me."

I get it. You can drive. Great.

So to summarize, the entire application was faulty, written in bad English and the answers themselves were unsatisfactory to the department's standard. As such, this resulted in your denial.

(( Sure, it's a game. But police department's should always be a server's back bone. Somewhere where a high roleplay standard is held and only the best are allowed in. ))
