  26. 1) it doesn't not show up under my computer.
  27. 2) I can see the disk in disk management but I can't do anything with it. You can look at attachment.
  28. Can you still recover the data and do you still charge if you are not able to recover them?

  35. What format is the partition/partitions on the drive, e.g., OSx or Windows?
  36. it was Windows but now it is all unallocated due to bad sectors I think

  41. Yes it is clicking. I am not sure if the mainboard is malfunction or the hard drive itself.
