Greetings Bank of America!

 	 For the past few months, Anonymous has watched corrupt bankers foreclose on homes and deceive the public - then raise the cost of their ineffectual service. After robbing their customers of economic stability, Bank of America neglects to secure its client’s private information; it is available for anyone to steal and exploit. The government may be willing to bend over and let Bank of America fuck them, but Anonymous will not allow it.

	For these reasons and for our own enjoyment, a group of Anons under the banner #OpBank have broken into Bank of America’s servers. They pillaged a database containing credit card numbers, addresses, contact material and loan agreements of Bank of America’s customers – information that BoA did not bother to secure. The ease with which this material was gathered shows a gross disregard for your security. If you find this misbehaviour irresponsible, feel free to contact the CEO of this fine establishment directly via Facebook and Twitter (account username/password go here). Be sure to let him know what a great job he’s doing!

To Bank of America and the rest of the 1%: Congratulations! You have attracted the attention of Anonymous! We look forward to our continued onslaught. Remember: all your base are belong to us.

To international law enforcement agencies: you may imprison our members, censor our means of communication, and terrorize the public with brutality - but we will not be silent. For trying to expose political injustices, you say that we are criminals. Anonymous views this accusation with incredulity and a certain amount of amusement. Do you know what we think is unlawful? Bribing government officials, lying to customers, and stealing from the poor. Furthermore, if you would like to arrest someone, we encourage you to check Wall Street.

To the public: Educate yourself. Ignorance is bliss, but knowledge is power. Which would you prefer?

To Anons around the world: Your participation is appreciated. Continue to do your part, whatever it may be. Spread the word. Deface any corporate or government websites under the banner of Anonymous. Get your ass behind a proxy server and join the raid.
