  1. [09/04/2014 15:23:57] Diego Kruger-Linde: (*) Q. Can we withdraw and get paid directly into our Bank account?
  2. [09/04/2014 15:24:49] Diego Kruger-Linde: What are all the current means of withdrawing, please?
  3. [09/04/2014 15:24:58] Nancy Bowden ~ WWSz Sales Page Gal: right now only if that is the way you fund your account
  4. [09/04/2014 15:25:26] Terry Forsch: stp easybonds i payout okpay and western union
  5. [09/04/2014 15:25:29] Diego Kruger-Linde: Ok, thank you Nancy
  6. [09/04/2014 15:25:33] Nancy Bowden ~ WWSz Sales Page Gal: STP in = STP out
  7. Western Union in = Western Union out
  8. [09/04/2014 15:25:47] Diego Kruger-Linde: easybonds, Terrry?
  9. [09/04/2014 15:25:51] Nancy Bowden ~ WWSz Sales Page Gal: no crossing over
  10. [09/04/2014 15:26:04] Nancy Bowden ~ WWSz Sales Page Gal: WWSz Payment processors
  11.
  12. STP (Solid Trust Pay)
  13. iPayout
  14. EzBonds
  15. OK Pay
  16. Western Union
  17. Bank Wire
  18. Money Gram
  19. [09/04/2014 15:26:13] Terry Forsch: ezbonds
  20. [09/04/2014 15:26:18] Terry Forsch: sorry
  21. [09/04/2014 15:26:23] Diego Kruger-Linde: Ok, not familiar with them.
  22. [09/04/2014 15:26:30] Diego Kruger-Linde: Thank you
  23. [09/04/2014 15:28:38] Diego Kruger-Linde: And if we've paid in using multiple methods then we can withdaw by those ways as well, presumably?
  24. [09/04/2014 15:28:46] Nancy Bowden ~ WWSz Sales Page Gal: yes
  25. [09/04/2014 15:29:20] Nancy Bowden ~ WWSz Sales Page Gal: for instance i paid via STP & Western Union
  26. so therefore i can withdraw using either method
  27. [09/04/2014 15:29:38] Cristian Anton: Yes, and you can only withdraw to the same payment processor that you used to fund with.
  28. [09/04/2014 15:29:57] Diego Kruger-Linde: Got it.
  29. [09/04/2014 15:30:55] Terry Forsch: it take roughly 5 business to get from stp to your bank
  30. [09/04/2014 15:31:43] Diego Kruger-Linde: When I joined there was no withdrawal charge apart from the cost of the respective Payment Processor. Since then there seems to be a 5% wwsz processing fee. Is that correct? Seems hefty.
  31. [09/04/2014 15:32:16] Cristian Anton: But if you have an STP prepaid mastercard, the transfer from STP to your prepaid mastercard should be done in less than one hour after which you can go to ATM or your bank and take money out, up to $2000 USD a day.
  32. [09/04/2014 15:32:49] Nancy Bowden ~ WWSz Sales Page Gal: WWSz pays the fees coming in...and we pay the fees going out
  33. All payment processors charge fees
  34. [09/04/2014 15:33:21] Terry Forsch: it part using pay processor unfornate that why need to our own eventually
  35. [09/04/2014 15:33:43] Cristian Anton: a survey has been sent out about plans to get our own prepaid mastercard
  36. [09/04/2014 15:34:00] Cristian Anton: that will eliminate quite a bit of the fees paid to payment processors
  37. [09/04/2014 15:35:11] Diego Kruger-Linde: I understand that we accrue the cost of whatever the respective payment processor is charging. That's why I am chequing, because it seems, and I hope I did, missread and understand that there is a 5% surcharge for wwsz itself on top of processor fees, but you guys are saying that's not the case?
  38. [09/04/2014 15:36:42 | Edited 15:37:57] Diego Kruger-Linde: Cristian, unfortunately there was no cost/benefit attached regarding the debit card proposal. Therefore I was not able to make an informed decision on whether to commmit to it or not.
  39. [09/04/2014 15:37:12] Terry Forsch: wwsz cover the deposit amount and then charge a 5 percent fee for example i withdrwal 105.00 to stp i receive 99.75 in stp part does business online
  40. [09/04/2014 15:38:14] Terry Forsch: if cost me 400 dollar i get the debit card vs payment processor what ever they charge
  41. [09/04/2014 15:39:18] Diego Kruger-Linde: They cover the deposit amount?
  42. [09/04/2014 15:39:41] Terry Forsch: what i should said i would pay 500 a card because in long run we better off
  43. [09/04/2014 15:40:01] Terry Forsch: yes diego
  44. [09/04/2014 15:41:15] Diego Kruger-Linde: I don't know what you mean by covering the deposit amount, Terry.
  45. [09/04/2014 15:42:19] Terry Forsch: when put money in like 400 they but 400 in your account they cover fees from payment processor
  46. [09/04/2014 15:43:27] Terry Forsch: Amount: $400
  47. Fee: $14.50
  48. Net Amount: $385.50
  49. Currency: USD
  50. Note: Add to Ewallet
  51. [09/04/2014 15:43:49] Terry Forsch: but put in 400 in my account
  52. [09/04/2014 15:45:12] Diego Kruger-Linde: I'm pretty sure I heard Marelize say that from now on she could no longer absorb the cost and would have to pass those on to us regarding conversion costs for e.g. which is why I was considering sending ZAR directly instead to save on one extra currency conversion. I'm talking about Bank wire/transfer here now (in case it makes a difference).
  53. [09/04/2014 15:45:18] Terry Forsch: so they take 5 percent fee when withdrawl to recover a bit of that money
  54. [09/04/2014 15:45:46] Terry Forsch: that bank transfer and western union
  55. [09/04/2014 15:46:48] Terry Forsch: the other payprocessor there cover the deposit yet
  56. [09/04/2014 15:47:37] Diego Kruger-Linde: So, bank transfer is slightly different, ok.
  57. [09/04/2014 15:47:40] Terry Forsch: the example about was stp deposit last week
  58. [09/04/2014 15:47:47] Diego Kruger-Linde: Ok
  59. [09/04/2014 15:48:38] Terry Forsch: the exchange rate is when you withdral or deposit with bank transfers or western union
  60. [09/04/2014 15:48:49] Terry Forsch: withdrawl
  61. [09/04/2014 15:51:23] Diego Kruger-Linde: So, since I paid by using bank wire, then I withdraw the same way. Apart from conversion fees and commissions, which wwsz would pass on to me, they don't charge a 5% wwsz in-house processing fee?
  62. [09/04/2014 15:52:48 | Edited 15:53:05] Terry Forsch: i not sure in house fee might ask tink marelize i do notwant to get wrong info
  63. [09/04/2014 15:52:59 | Edited 15:54:57] Nancy Bowden ~ WWSz Sales Page Gal: yes they do...they did charge the 5% when I withdrew for Western Union Plus I had to pay $50 for the Western Union to be sent. There is a money conversion fee. That is what 5% covers from my understanding. Any money that was left over went back into my WWSz account. WWSz is the most honest Company out there! This is why Marelize tells everyone that Bank Wires, Money Grams and Western Union are extremely expensive!
  64. [09/04/2014 15:55:52] Diego Kruger-Linde: So, 5% is to cover the conversion costs, only? What is left over goes back to our e-wallet? That means WWSz is not taking an in-house commission for processing withdrawal?
  65. [09/04/2014 15:56:38 | Edited 15:57:26] Nancy Bowden ~ WWSz Sales Page Gal: NO WWSz doesn't earn money off of us that I know of... not through the transferance of money to us
  66. [09/04/2014 15:59:28] Diego Kruger-Linde: Not that I mind in principle, since someone has to stop what they're doing and sit down at a computer and spend some time 'processing' the withdrawal. I did think if they did that 5% would be kinda hefty, but mainly jusst wanted to get really clear what IS the 5% for exactly and how withdrawal works, exactly. Not that I'm ready to withdraw yet; still just building the account after a couple months in WWSz. But, its good to know all these things : )
  67. [09/04/2014 16:02:28] Diego Kruger-Linde: Nancy, I agree, that these payment processors are expensive, which is why I am very interessted in finding the cheapest as well as the most convenient method of doing these things. I just had no idea, apart from the upfront $70USD what the ongoing costs and commission fees were using our master card.
  68. [09/04/2014 16:03:40] Nancy Bowden ~ WWSz Sales Page Gal: she already said the monthly fee might be under $10 to maintain the card
  69. Marelize will let us know additional information when the time comes
  70. [09/04/2014 16:04:17] Nancy Bowden ~ WWSz Sales Page Gal: Right now focus on what we have available to us. But vote for the card on the survey
  71. [09/04/2014 16:04:33] Diego Kruger-Linde: If all the options with their cost benefit could be laid on the table then we could simply make the self-evident and logical choice based on what is cheapest. Voting wouldn't come into it, because it would be self-evident.
  72. [09/04/2014 16:06:44] Nancy Bowden ~ WWSz Sales Page Gal: Marelize has to know who would have the $70 up front before she goes and sets everything up. She has to have the funds before hand to get the system up and running.
  73. [09/04/2014 16:09:20] Diego Kruger-Linde: So, its not possible to know what the cost of the card is and what commissions we would pay using it are, before we've committed to ordering it?
  74. [09/04/2014 16:10:10] Nancy Bowden ~ WWSz Sales Page Gal: Correct that is why i said she will release additional info when it becomes available
  75. [09/04/2014 16:12:13] Diego Kruger-Linde: Good, maybe more people will commit second time around then when more information is available.
  76. [09/04/2014 16:13:17] Nancy Bowden ~ WWSz Sales Page Gal: Conrad the information will be available once she has the correct # to commit NOT the other way around
  77. [09/04/2014 16:13:40] Nancy Bowden ~ WWSz Sales Page Gal: Marelize will NOT do anything to harm us
  78. [09/04/2014 16:15:14] Diego Kruger-Linde: I hope it doesnt' sound like I am suggesting that Marelize wants to harm us.
  79. [09/04/2014 16:16:02] Nancy Bowden ~ WWSz Sales Page Gal: no but you are suggesting that she will provide us the info before she has commitment
  80. [09/04/2014 16:16:37] Terry Forsch: no diego you asking question everybody what to know your cool (cool)
  81. [09/04/2014 16:19:38] Diego Kruger-Linde: Nancy, I don't think its at all unreasonable to want to know what one is committing to financially.
  82. [09/04/2014 16:20:02] Diego Kruger-Linde: Thank you, Terry :)
  83. [09/04/2014 16:21:01] Nancy Bowden ~ WWSz Sales Page Gal: Neither do I Conrad....but if she doesn't have the info to release it to us yet ..... we can't do anything but wait
  84. [09/04/2014 16:22:53] Diego Kruger-Linde: I agree :)
  85. [09/04/2014 16:47:18] Cristian Anton: Diego, here is the thing. If say, only 300 people say they want to get the prepaid card today, that might sound good. But, there is ongoing maintenance cost to sustain the prepaid card withdrawal system. The system isn't provided for free! So, if only 300 people plan on using it, it would be too costly to maintain it. If more than a 1000 people will use it in the next 60 to 90 days then the cost to build the system and to maintain it will be covered by the financial contribution of those 1000 people for the 60 to 90 day term. marelize needs at least $70000 to cover the costs of the prepiad card withdrawal system, short term. That is the starter step and the information provided so far. Once that has been taken care of then, Marelize can get an estimate of what the monthly fee for the prepaid card is. One can't simply say "ok, I'm satrting, I guess we need X amount and Y amount of people and then I guess we might need to pay Z amount in monthly fees"!
  86. [09/04/2014 16:48:32] Cristian Anton: This has to be more or less an exact science
  87. [09/04/2014 16:48:55] Terry Forsch: (y)
  88. [09/04/2014 16:49:11] Terry Forsch: future mod right there
  89. [09/04/2014 16:49:26] Terry Forsch: lol
  90. [09/04/2014 16:51:17] Cristian Anton: thanks Terry! When I am ready to be one, I get onboard!
  91. [09/04/2014 16:51:43] Terry Forsch: cool mon
  92. [09/04/2014 16:51:52] Nancy Bowden ~ WWSz Sales Page Gal: AWESOME
  93. [09/04/2014 17:04:22] dkully1: (highfive)
  94. [09/04/2014 17:11:27] Diego Kruger-Linde: (I was away). Thank you, for the extra information, Christian (y)
  95. [09/04/2014 22:17:12] Ray Wisniewski: No matter what or when, the providers of the card should be available to provide the cost info. I'm sure that they have some idea of costs assuming the 1000 customers. right?
  96. [09/04/2014 22:18:42 | Edited 22:19:02] Ray Wisniewski: the cost needs to be know by most people before committing to it. No one wants to sign up in the blind. Just saying and not being negative at all.
  97. [09/04/2014 22:20:26] Cristian Anton: Should but not necessarily can. The cost to get the card is estmated at $70 USD per card per customer. Hence, we need 1000 people so to afford $70000 USD to begin setting up the debit card infrastructure. Since, we haven't achieved the 1000 people mark, the project is on hold for now.
  98. [09/04/2014 22:21:06] Cristian Anton: can't talk about future fees once this first step has not been passed yet
  99. [09/04/2014 22:21:36] Cristian Anton: so far we only got 300 people who can afford getting the card in the next 60 to 90 days
  100. [09/04/2014 22:24:36] Ray Wisniewski: Well my thinking is that I'm sure the company providing the card has someone that is in the range we are trying to achieve of at least 1000 customers. The cost of maintaing such card is know, But I may be mistaken :)
  101. [09/04/2014 22:25:22] Ray Wisniewski: Know by the card company, to clarify.
  102. [09/04/2014 22:28:49] Cristian Anton: that info will be clarified once this first step is a green go
  103. [09/04/2014 22:54:05] Diego Kruger-Linde: But the first step is not a go until, presumably other members feel the same way, until I (they) know what they're committing to. Sounds like a Catch-22. If it was just a matter of $70 then I'd be all in, but its all the other unknowns
  104.
  105. I'm with Ray, I can't imagine that there isn't someone in sales working for said debit card company that can't advise on costs based on certain variables.
  106. [09/04/2014 22:59:01] Nancy Bowden ~ WWSz Sales Page Gal: You guys are beating a dead horse...we will get additional information when Marelize gives it to us. Please stop trying to guess and say what should and should not be done or said at what time.
