Atroz, you and mb have constantly played a game of tug-of-war with this WR, but this run...man, this run; words can't even describe the amount of euphoric ecstacy I am experiencing. I honestly - *honestly* - don't think this run will be beat for a long time. I think that your journey on English has come to an end, and JP runs can now take over the leaderboards. TRIHEX IS ON FUCKING FIRE. He stepped his game up so fucking much that it was scary. He learned all the newest tricks with ease and the most deadly fact....he was more consistant at the game than even me. I literally had no shot at getting good at the game before AGDQ topic was made so I accepted defeat and realized Trihex was the only runner who literally deserved the game (this means he earned the right to represent #yoshi at AGDQ if it got in and everyone in #yoshi agreed with me). I've never seen anyone work so hard and the day I watched him do his first run with these new strats was the first Yoshi's Island stream I've seen since my last run in April. That's how confident I was when I decided to skip offering Yoshi's Island for AGDQ.

I like the level design and yes the controls takes some getting use to but I have adapt to them to the point I could speed run the levels in 4 minutes or more. The camera can be a problem I admit but usually u should have enough time to comming attack whats ahead since its pretty much my life savior. The inerbeams make the game play more variant if I even used that word correctly. They act as sonic has a grapling hook. AGain its a game I had to come to open minded. Its spindash I will admit is slow as snails but I actually found it helping me in areas where enemies kinda pissed me off. But yeah its been nerfed. I do admit the tunnel level needed work asided from its music. Overally found it fun. Came in open minded expecting something completley different. I was pleased. I say approach it with caution and a new mind. But I can see why hardcore fans might hate it.
