Description: Little is known about the Phantom project. Rumors circulating around it involve bonding an actual soul to a combat robot for lightning quick reaction times. Of these secret experiments, only the seventh one succeeded. This soul was bound to a body of metal and trained to heighten his senses to that of an animal. From then on most of his time was spent being trained as an elite spec ops fighter. Although his combat robot is still a prototype, he's deployed to assist the main robot motorcycle whatever police force group and later becomes a permanent addition to the team.

 There is little down time for this metal bound ghost, but when he gets it he often likes to draw and create works of art. Only recently has robot body been allowed to wander around in public, although it still makes his supervisors uneasy.
  He has no memories of his past life, only blurry dream images. He's naturally friendly and he is very enthusiastic about getting out into the world. He has a relaxed and fun nature, but he's actually quite lonely. In combat he often likes to joke around, but when he has to be serious he's nothing but! He shows little in the way of fear, I mean, he's dead so what's there to lose right? On top of that he can be fairly abrasive and is quick to act. Loves pushing buttons and picking fights with bigger enemies.

Appearance wise, his mechanic body has short brown hair, white skin, and brown eyes. He constantly wears a knit hat on his head with animal ears and an angry face on it. Most often he dresses in shirts with cool pictures on them and cargo pants. Lots of cargo pants...

Abilities/Powers/Equipment: As a disguise he possesses an EDI type robot, capable of mimicking human hair and flesh as well as human sensations. Beneath that though, this thing's like iron man without flight. In addition he drives a futuristic looking motorcycle of a deep purple color and a glorious lion head on the front. that can fuse with his robot body to create a large beastly looking robot with many feline attributes including a lion head with a mane of rainbow plasma stuff. For weapons, the robot has drill claws, sharp teeth for ripping through metal, a spear whip tail thingy aaaaand finally a beautiful katana of rainbow energy. Also cool gun arms and shit
